Hands-On With The Hublot Big Bang Unico Sorai Limited Edition
A couple of weeks ago, as part of the LVMH Watch Week 2023, Hublot presented an array of new models, including a modernized take on the emblematic 1980?luxury sports watch called the Hublot, with the new?Hublot Classic Fusion Original. There was another model that stroke my attention… A watch that, at first, I shouldn’t really liked. Big and bold, colourful and highly present, the new Hublot Big Bang Unico Sorai Limited Edition has something quite cool. Something that I can hardly explain, which might have to do with the contrast between its sleek, monochromatic case and the use of sunset-like colours on its dial. And the fact that it helps a good cause doesn’t hurt either. This Big Bang Unico is made to save rhinos. It helps Sorai?buy time for endangered rhinos, allowing them to live longer, and not to be the prey of their only predator, humans. Sorai is?not a charity. It is a socially conscious enterprise that brings people and businesses together to build a more sus

The Perpetual Calendar Chronograph is the best interpretation of what defines a Patek Philippe. Like knows how to manufacture divers, Patek has mastered the Chrono with QP for ages and is, without any debate, the best at it. This association of complications?launched?in 1941 with the Ref. 1518 never ended and is still THE hallmark of the Geneva-based old lady (Patek Philippe). Patek Philippe 6102P Sky Moon Celestial explained with live photos, specs and price - Monochrome-Watches
Patek Philippe is known for its multiple (infinite) complications: perpetual calendars, split-second chronographs, some of the best minute repeaters ever made (and tested by the CEO himself) or a crazy watch that combines 20 of the complications in a single case, the GrandMaster Chime. However, amongst?the collection of watches manufactured by Patek, a series of timepieces has a special place in the heart of collectors, with a highly poetic display, the Celestials. Here is an overview of a hauntingly?Grand Complication, the?Patek Philippe 6102P Sky Moon Celestial.Don’t expect the?Patek Philippe 6102P Sky Moon to be the most elegant, discreet or practical watch of the collection. That is clearly not its intention. The 6102P Celestial is a large watch (especially when you consider the rest of Patek’s collection), it’s a watch with a questionable utility?and a very unique display but?it’s a watch created for another purpose: having a poetic and oneiric scene on the
Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition Repetition Minutes Perpetuelle (Specs & Price)
Jaeger-LeCoultre might be famous for its minimalistic, Art Deco watch, the Reverso, or for its elegant Master collection but this would be a reductive appraisal considering everything else the Grande Maison can achieve: metiers d’art, complex movements, superb designs. This year, at the SIHH, the brand introduced an incredible masterpiece, the Master Grande Tradition Gyrotourbillon Westminster, as well as a new design for its high-end Master watches. Combining these two, the brand has presented another impressive piece with an innovative chiming mechanism – and more. Here’s the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition Repetition Minutes Perpetuelle.A complex chimeThe first striking aspect (pun intended) of this new Master Grande Tradition is its chiming mechanism. We already knew that JLC was one of the most knowledgeable manufactures when it comes to minute repeaters: it is the only brand in the world to have over 200 chiming watch calibres in its historical and mode
