The French-based Bell & Ross' motto speaks for itself; function shapes form ¨C they brought this quote to life. The automatic men's watch is vintage in design with thirty-eight hours' worth of power reserve; the wristwatch remains water resistant at 10 ATM. The black dial houses Arabic numerals and slim rectangular bars as markers. The dial has a sapphire crystal glass covering. The dial is held by stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp.

Omega Speedmaster Apollo 11 50th Anniversary Limited Edition 310.60.42.50.99.001 (Specs & Price)
It will be hard to miss it, as this will certainly be one of the most coveted timepieces of the year – and one that many here were expecting. What remained unknown until today was the look of the Apollo 11?50th anniversary of the Speedmaster Moonwatch. We knew it had to be special. And indeed, it is special… Much, much more than what we could have expected. Not only it is a reissue of the 1969?reference BA145.022, but the new Omega Speedmaster Apollo 11 50th Anniversary Limited Edition comes with major mechanical improvements. Ad - Scroll to continue with article Inspired by the BA145.022There’s no need to tell you… You’ve certainly immediately spotted the resemblance between the 50th-anniversary edition and another, vintage model – to be precise, the full gold Speedmaster reference BA145.022. This watch, highly desirable and
Timex Marlin Automatic, An Affordable Dress/Casual Timex with Vintage Touch (Specs & price)
You probably don't think of Timex as a luxury watch company.? It’s among the most recognizable watch brands in history with a reputation for both affordability and reliability, and it never needed a four-figure timepiece to get there. Timex is also known as being a king of quartz, abandoning mechanical movements over a quarter century ago in 1982. It finally bucked that trend last year with the hand-wound Timex Marlin reissue that faithfully replicated a piece from the 1960's, right down to the (small) 34mm case and retro styling. It's an interesting watch and generated a lot of excitement, but the old-school size and Chinese movement were turnoffs for some. The new Marlin Automatics are a different beast altogether with contemporary 40mm cases and proven Japanese Miyota movements. It's a clean, refined series that helps reinforce the fact that a small fortune isn't required to wear a classy dress watch. Let's take a closer look at the new Timex Marlin Automatics.BACKGROUND/HISTO
Why The Omega Speedmaster 57 is a Great Alternative to the Moonwatch?
Anything that Omega can launch within the Speedmaster collection will be immediately compared to the one and only Moonwatch. It’s just the way it is… The original, classic Speedmaster Professional has such a formidable cult status that it has become a benchmark model for everything else Omega creates. And the comparison is hardly objective. But we have to keep in mind that the Speedmaster is more than just one watch; it’s an entire collection of chronographs. And although some might not have the same aura as the Moonwatch, there are nevertheless some true gems in the collection. Case in point; the recently revamped Speedmaster 57. And today, in our latest video, we make that difficult comparison with the Moonwatch. And, yes, it can be a great alternative to the all-time classic Professional model.Say you’re in the market for a luxury hand-wound watch (yes, because the Speedmaster 57 is no longer an automatic watch, and this is the main evolution compared to the
Frederique Constant Yacht Timer Regatta Countdown and Yacht Timer GMT - Monochrome Watches
Affordable luxury has become the byword at Frederique Constant proving that you can have your horological cake and eat it too. Dispelling a lot of snobbery regarding the price of a well-made watch with complications, Frederique Constant demonstrates that you don't have to flog a kidney to enter the complications market. We've recently seen the new and improved FC Perpetual Calendar retailing for under EUR 8,000 and today we will be looking at two new candidates in the rechristened sporty-chic Yacht Timer collection: the Regatta Countdown, a rather niche product designed for sailors, and a more conventional GMT for travellers. The Call of the SeaAs any professional skipper knows, the start of a sailing regatta is a crucial, extremely tense moment. Trying to hold your position on an imaginary start line as you are being buffeted by the wind awaiting the signal flags and horn blasts to indicate the remaining minutes before the start of the race is no easy task. Video - The Ulysse Nardin Marine Torpilleur Collection at Geneva Watch Days 2021
Last week, during the 2021 edition of the Geneva Watch Days, we enjoy the ability to visit brands and discovering their latest creation, in the metal (something that has been unfortunately rare in the past 2 years). Since we were able to touch and feel these new watches, we also took the time to talk with the teams behind their creation and we’ve already published multiple videos on MONOCHROME. And to continue with our live report of the GWD, we visited Ulysse Nardin, the specialist of the Marine Chronometers. And what’s better than a complete capsule collection of Marine Torpilleur watches to celebrate this jubilee…? We have Jean-Christophe Sabatier, Chief Product Officer at Ulysse Nardin, giving us all the details about these watches that couldn’t be more UN.Ulysse Nardin founded his eponymous brand in 1846 in Le Locle, Switzerland. And even though having a large portfolio of high-end watches, the brand is mostly revered for its precision marine chronometers.
