The Chopard Yellow Gold Happy Diamonds 203957-0201 collection is a stunning design. This Happy Diamonds Icons watch in 18k yellow gold and diamonds is a stunning celebration of transparency and light. It's nestled within the concentric diamond-set circles of the beautifully crafted case, Chopard's signature moving diamonds swirl gracefully around the dial, invisibly encased between two sapphire crystals. It has a bezel fixed with diamonds and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal coverage as well. The movement of this watch is of quartz caliber, and the jewels placed in it are 5 in number. The pin buckle makes the band stay in one pace, which itself is made with stainless steel and 18k yellow gold.

The Black & Gold Code 11.59 By Audemars Piguet Selfwinding Chronograph
Ever-evolving, Audemars Piguet's Code 11.59 collection was given a facelift in 2023 with a series of stainless steel models. Respectful of the complex case architecture that has few detractors, the controversy surrounding the somewhat dull dials of the inaugural members was addressed with a new embossed dial pattern and revisited indices, hands and typeface. A few months ago, AP released seven pink gold references with the refreshed dial features. Among these novelties is a model we'll look at today, the seductive two-tone version of the Code 11.59 Selfwinding Chronograph attired in pink gold and black ceramic. The Code 11.59 collection was conceived with grandiose ambitions. Destined to write a new chapter in the brand's history and stand proudly alongside perennial icons like the Royal Oak and its burlier sidekick, the Royal Oak Offshore, its reception in 2019 was lukewarm, to say the least. Despite the complex architecture of the beautifully finished case, most of the criticism was l
New IWC Ingenieur Collection - Pre-SIHH 2013 - Monochrome Watches
While it’s more then 1,5 month to go to the SIHH 2013, new models are being released almost daily. And so does IWC… however they don’t simply introduce a new model, no, they complete revamp an entire collection, like they did last year with the Pilot’s Collection. This year it’s the Ingenieur Collection and the best news is the (re-)introduction of the new Ingenieur Automatic. A self-winding, 40 mm stainless steel homage to the original Ingenieur designed by Gerald Genta in 1977. Not only does it have killer looks, it also herald a return to the true functional integrity of the Ingenieur; being able to withstand magnetic fields up to 40,000 A/m. HYT H1 Red2 - Full REVIEW (live photos, specs, price) - Monochrome-Watches
We, at Monochrome-Watches, love independent watchmaking, very unusual displays and audacity of creation. HYT Watches had always been on our radar because it brings everything a young and ‘unchained’ Manufacture should: innovation, boldness, no compromise, unconventionality and that little slice?of craziness that we love. Until recently our experience with the brands and their timepieces were based on?(too) fast hands-on reviews during?exhibitions such as Baselworld?and the likes. It is now time to feel the experience of having an HYT H1 Red2 strapped on the wrist on a daily basis. What is HYT Watches?Although the introduction of the HYT H1 is quite recent (during Baselworld 2012), the idea of?a “water watch” was on Lucien Vouillamoz’ mind since 2002. After a few attempts and more researches, the idea had proved to be utopia, because of?a missing technology. A?few years after,?Lucien Vouillamoz, a former?nuclear engineer with a degree in thermodynamics, deci
First Look: The New and Cool Tissot PR516 Powermatic 80
Earlier this year, Tissot introduced a revised version of its classic 1960s watch, the PR516 Chronograph Mechanical. Stylish with just the right retro touch, well-proportioned, featuring a hand-wound movement and offered at an accessible price, it got very positive reactions from the watch community – and from us, too. Lo and behold, another model is treated to the same winning formula, this time in a classic time-and-date version with even more affordability but still with a super stylish look. Here’s the new Tissot PR516 Powermatic 80, which could well be another home run.?The formula that has been used to create the PR516 Chronograph Mechanical has not changed much in the context of this time-and-date Powermatic 80 model. Still named after a 1956 collection, the Particulierement Robuste, for particularly robust (PR), the model is mainly known under its 1965 shape, designed by Lucien Gurtner, with its distinctive hollowed steel bracelet. While this style has already been
