Luxury Watches |
Like the way its look indicates, this Imperial model by Chopard takes its inspiration from pure Swiss luxury. The 384319-5009 watch has a self-winding automatic mechanical movement. Featuring a 29 mm case in polished rose gold, it even has brown alligator leather straps with a pin-buckle. The watch comes with a set of documents of a 2-year warranty. More features include scratch-resistant sapphire and really good precision. Sounds like a nice deal, right?

First Look: The new Grand Seiko Spring Drive UFA SLGB001 & SLGB003 (With Finally a Micro-Adjustment Clasp)
When talking about vintage Grand Seiko watches, some references or acronyms have a lot of meaning. For instance, 44GS refers to one of the most important models ever, the watch that initiated the Grammar of Design and the shape of all subsequent creations. The acronym VFA also has its importance. Standing for Very Fine Adjusted and first used in 1969, this designation defined a Grand Seiko watch that was adjusted so skillfully that it achieved an astonishing monthly rate of 1 minute. Now, Grand Seiko has turned part of its production to the Spring Drive technology, a hybrid system known for its great accuracy. This year, with the Evolution 9 Spring Drive SLGB001 & SLGB003, a new acronym is introduced: UFA, standing for Ultra Fine Accuracy and announcing a new generation movement, Calibre 9RB2. But that’s not all, as this duo of compact and handsome watches also comes with the long-anticipated micro-adjustment folding clasp.?The handsome Evolution 9 SLGB001 & SLGB003Before
A. Lange & Sohne 1815 Rattrapante Honeygold "Homage to F. A. Lange"
Today, A. Lange & Sohne releases a trilogy of limited edition watches to celebrate the 175th anniversary of the foundation of the Saxon brand by F. A. Lange in 1815. The Rattrapante Honeygold is perhaps the most special watch in the trilogy because it is ‘new’. Admittedly, we've seen the rattrapante combined with a perpetual calendar in the past, but this is the first time Lange lets the rattrapante occupy centre stage, highlighting a complication that incarnates the very essence of a high-end chronograph. Like the other two pieces released in this commemorative “Homage to F. A. Lange” trilogy – 1815 Thin and 1815 Tourbograph Perpetual – the Rattrapante is housed in a Honeygold case, has special finishes on the movement and is a member of the 1815 watch family. Although this anniversary model is clearly aimed at collectors, it might, it just might be a harbinger of a regular production model in the future (fingers crossed).?Lange's chronographsSi
Introducing The Green/Black AP Royal Oak Offshore Tourbillon Chrono
The Beast, the Royal Oak Offshore, officially turns 30 this year, and as if the relatives were scarce to fill the room for celebration, Audemars Piguet brings another specimen into the family, a cool-coloured Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon Chronograph presented in a black ceramic case with green anodized elements. Jokes aside, this new watch is a fine addition to the new generation of the Royal Oak Offshore collection, much like the original version launched in 2021, but with an even more futuristic look. The new AP ROO Flying Tourbillon Chronograph version is everything the inaugural reference was. Still, the choice of material for the 43mm case and green hues to colour elements on the dial side make all the difference. This year, for the first time in the 43mm ROO collection, the watch features a full ceramic case with a ceramic caseback. Multiple finishing techniques are used to bring out the best of the case design, with updated, enlarged polished bevels on the edges. AP mastered cer
The Omega Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial Chronometer now on Leather strap (live pics, specs & price) - Monochrome-Watches
The?Omega Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial Chronometer is?possibly one of the most coveted pieces from Baselworld’s previous edition. It was such a?desired?timepiece that we tried to guess its looks and specifications and the final result was highly regarded?by both the industry and the collectors – something that we confirmed?when reviewing this watch during a whole summer. The?Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial is definitely one of the best modern dive watches – and a very good looking one too. For 2015, it puts on some new shoes and shows now a leather strap. There’s not much to?criticize about the?Omega Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial Chronometer. It’s a superb watch, with its vintage-inspired case and dial. It is fully reminiscent of the 1957 Omega Seamaster 300 ref. CK2913, as it shows the same hands, dial, indexes and case that has the same overall feeling and design. It is also an intelligent piece of engineering, with its fully antimagnetic Master Co-Axial C
Rare Roger Dubuis watches - Monochrome Watches
Sometimes you see a watch and you immediately ‘fall in love’ with it. This does not happen too often, but what if this happens with two watches from the same brand? Recently a friend mailed me about a watch that was for sale at a local watch store. He knoww I have a weak spot for mono-poussoir chronographs. The watch was a Roger Dubuis Hommage Mono-poussoir in white gold with a salmon color dial. A salmon color dial is not my usual pick, but this one was so beautiful…. Ad - Scroll to continue with article On the wrist the dial just suits the entire watch perfectly and i wouldn’t change anything about it. The engraving of the dial is absolutely stunning. It’s incredibly complex, yet absolutely not ‘loud’. This watch has all the ingredients?I like, a mono-poussoir chronograph, an absolutely stunning movement which is?super
