The Refined Honeygold Edition of The A. Lange & Sohne Zeitwerk Minute Repeater
A. Lange & Sohne's Zeitwerk Minute Repeater is an extraordinary, highly original watch that perfectly captures the personality of this grand Saxon brand. As the only mechanical wristwatch to combine a jumping numerals display with a decimal minute repeater, the Zeitwerk is visually and acoustically exceptional. Following the first platinum Zeitwerk Minute Repeater of 2015 and the white gold model of 2020, the brand releases a limited edition of 30 Zeitwerk Minute Repeaters crafted in warm Honeygold.HoneygoldHoneygold is a top-secret alloy developed for Lange in 2010. Its unique colour, which looks like liquid honey, is reserved for Lange's most exclusive timepieces. Harder than platinum and other gold alloys - and therefore much more challenging to shape and finish - Honeygold has an extremely subtle and elegant tone. Ad - Scroll to continue with article Ins
The Collector's Series - An industry insider and his IWC Portugieser Automatic 7-day - Monochrome-Watches
As a watch lover, I find it fascinating asking those who work in the industry what they choose to wear from the particular brand they work for. It tends to be quite revealing given they spend the majority for their day discussing their respective ranges and the pro's and con's. This week the Collector’s Series moves to my home city of London. As we sat in the IWC London boutique I couldn’t quite believe it had been a year since it's opening and the first time Joey Syrett and I had met. Why IWC and why the IWC Portugieser Automatic 7-day, Joey gives us the inside scoop. When I think of IWC, one collection comes to mind. The Iconic Portugieser. The IWC Portugieser is seen as the first commercial' IWC collection. IWC have been creating pocket watches and wristwatches since its founding in 1868. The Portugieser was born in 1939, when two Portuguese entrepreneurs commissioned IWC with the task of creating highly accurate wristwatches with the precision of marine chronometers. At
First Look: Malachite or MoP for the Latest Bulgari Lucea Models
While not many of us can pull off one of Bulgari's spectacular high jewellery watches like those presented in the Garden of Eden collection with opulent gemstone flowers winding up the arm, take heart because there are other women's collections designed for everyday wear. One of these is the best-selling Lucea collection launched by Bulgari in 2014. Celebrating its tenth anniversary, Lucea gets a stylish makeover just in time for the LVMH Watch Week. From the Latin lux' for light, Lucea is a collection of round watches with fascinating details like the bright pink cabochon-cut stone crown set with a diamond that belies the hand of Bulgari's master designer, Fabrizio Buonamassa. Benefitting from the subtle design tweaks for its tenth anniversary, the case has been refined, and the V-shaped links of the slinky bracelet have been softened and rounded. The idea behind the remodelling of the bracelet was to capture the sensuality of the Serpenti and the flexibility of the fluid links of the

Introducing: The New Panerai Luminor Marina Collection in Steel
Although the Florentine brand Panerai was founded in 1860, its contract with the Italian Royal Navy to produce precision instruments changed its destiny radically. Panerai's 1916 radium-based powder, known as Radiomir, lit up the brand's future as a supplier of luminescent instruments, underwater tools, and eventually watches for the Italian Royal Navy and its famous frogmen commandos. In 1949, Panerai replaced radioactive radium with Luminor, a harmless tritium-based luminescent substance. A few years later, Panerai patented its Luminor watch with its sandwich dial, outstanding luminescence and crown-protecting bridge. In 1993, the Luminor and Luminor Marina Militare were made available to civilians. Now a flagship collection, Panerai proposes four new Luminor Marina models in stainless steel with increased water-resistance, brighter luminescence and a new 3-day automatic movement. The Luminor Marina's prominent bridge protecting the crown is now responsible for ensuring the higher wat
