For many years Ulysse Nardin have been making one of the most convenient dual time zone watches in the market. Typically one of Ludwig Oechslin’s inventions, which makes it possible to adjust the second time zone and DATE both forward and backward! During Baselworld 2014 Ulysse Nardin will launch the newest version featuring their in-house movement: the Dual Time Manufacture. Earlier Ulysse Nardin already equipped the Marine collection with the new in-house movement, that utilizes silicon for both the escapement (anchor, escape wheel and roller) and hairspring. Caliber UN-334 beats at a steady pace of 4 Hz (28,800 vph) and has a power reserve of 48 hours. This movement has been developed and manufactured entirely in-house. The new Dual Time Manufacture comes in 4 different flavors: the case is made in stainless steel or 18 karat rose gold, and each version has two choices of dials: silver or black.
