All New Hublot Watches of LVMH Watch Week 2023
2023 has kicked off with the LVMH Watch Week 2023 where Bulgari, TAG Heuer, Hublot and Zenith join forces to present some of their novelties in Singapore. As part of the new models presented by Hublot for the beginning of this year, we have a modern take on the Classic Fusion and several new versions of Big Bangs or Spirit of Big Bang models. Here's an overview of everything that has been presented by the brand.Hublot Classic Fusion Original 42mm, 38mm and 33mmThe origins of Hublot go back to 1980 with a luxury sports watch standing out with unprecedented combinations of materials, in particular gold and rubber. Hublot revisits its emblematic Classic Fusion in three different sizes – 42mm, 38mm or 33mm – each available in 3 materials – steel, ceramic or gold. The overall look is close to the original. Yet, there are several changes. Starting with the case, it has been modernized with a simpler, more angular design and black details wedged in between the case middle an
Habring2 x Massena LAB Chrono Felix Perpetual (Price)
Massena LAB, the design studio founded by industry veteran William Massena has long been associated with Austrian independent watchmaker Habring2. And we can’t blame him, we’ve also followed this path… But today’s watch is a bit special since it’s not based on an existing model but actually launches a brand new reference for Habring2. And not just a simple watch but a rare and desirable combination of a monopusher chronograph and a perpetual calendar. And all of that in a compact, vintage-inspired case with a dial that has an unmistakable 1518 feel. Yes, the new Chrono Felix Perpetual (a.k.a LAB-CFP) is here to make our hearts beat faster.?This new Habring2 x Massena LAB Chrono Felix Perpetual marks the fourth collaboration between both parties, following the LAB01 of 2018, the LAB02 of 2020 and the LAB03 of 2021 – all based on the Erwin model, a time-only watch with central dead seconds. But importantly here, what matters isn’t only the watch
Booze and Havana - 4 watches inspired by fine alcohols and cigars from Hublot, Zenith, Armin Strom and Speake-Marin - Monochrome Watches
Imagine yourself comfortably seated in antique leather Chesterfield sofa in a gentlemen’s club. What could be better, at such a moment, than enjoying a fine cigar and glass of old rum or cognac…? I can see some of you picturing this and already enjoying the very thought of it. It seems that amateurs of delightful booze and cigars?have taste for?fine crafts, and this of course includes high-end watches. Since a few months, we’ve seen several watches taking inspiration from cigars and alcohol, some as a partnership and some, even more interesting, including them into the watch. Here are?4 watches inspired by fine alcohols and cigars from Armin Strom, Hublot, Speake-Marin and Zenith.Zenith El Primero Chronomaster 1969 Cohiba EditionCohiba?is certainly amongst the most famous names in terms of fine cigars. Even if some of the production is widely available in street shops and duty-free airport boutiques, the Cuba-based brand (at the beginning only a few cigar-rollers work
Longines Legend Diver No-Date Poland Limited Edition - News, Price
Among the countless retro-styled watches created by Longines – yes, there are a lot, and some are very desirable – one holds a special place in the heart of vintage dive watch enthusiasts, a watch that has been around for more than a decade now: the Legend Diver. Inspired by a 1960s compressor-style model, it returned to the market in 2007 with a no-date display… until it was (sadly) updated with a date. But, something has surfaced recently, something from Poland, something which has to do with our friends at CH24.pl. Yes, the LLD No-Date is back, albeit it in a very limited run of watches for the Polish market. Meet the new Longines Legend Diver No-Date Poland Limited Edition.?An original Longines Legend Diver Ref. 7042 – photo by blog.crownandcaliber.comThe modern Legend Diver is a faithful recreation of a very desirable dive watch created by Longines in the early 1960s, the Ref. 7042. This watch featured an oversized compressor case – with twin-crowns a
News: TAG Heuer is back as Official Timekeeper for Formula 1 in 2025
In an unexpected move and with great noise, LVMH officialised a partnership that was rumoured to be closed for several weeks in October last year. Indeed, LVMH, the world's largest luxury conglomerate, officially signed on as a Global Partner of Formula 1 in a groundbreaking 10-year deal, with what was certainly one of the most important sports sponsorship deals ever. This was the big picture, as we knew the deal included brands like Vuitton and Mo?t Hennessy. Looking more closely, we knew already that the role of official timekeeper of F1, which?had been in the hands of since 2013, was about to stop,?too. And what we expected is now certain, as TAG Heuer has just announced its return as the Official Timekeeper for Formula 1 in 2025.?In our previous article covering the overall deal closed by LVMH, and even if there was no mention of this specific involvement in the group’s press release, we were practically sure that TAG Heuer would become once more the Official Timekeeper for
