The Hamiton H24515551 is an American classic Ventura unisex watch. It comes with a silver skeleton dial with silver-tone index hour markers. This is a unique type of dress watch that suits every occasion. The watch is encased in stainless steel that accounts for the durability and the strong framework of the watch. The sapphire crystals make the glass stay scratch and reflection free with the course of time. The caliber of the watch is automatic, and the reserve may last up to 80 hours in total.

The New, 2018 models of the Ulysse Nardin Marine Torpilleur - Monochrome Watches
Last year, Ulysse Nardin introduced the?Marine Torpilleur (and later its sportier version, the?Marine Torpilleur Military), a well-thought, tasteful and well-priced take on the iconic Marine DNA of the brand. Classical but not too much, simplified but still with great horological content, well manufactured… It quickly proved to the be a winning formula, as it is the brand’s current bestseller. After the white and blue inaugural editions, it is time for the?Ulysse Nardin Marine Torpilleur collection to grow, with new 2018 models.Marine Chronometers are certainly what best define the brand Ulysse Nardin. Since its inception in 1846, the brand?earned a reputation for producing exceptional deck chronometers. Such deck clocks were not there just for decorative purposes. They were crucial elements of navigation as, without modern devices such as navigation systems,?deck chronometers were the only way to calculate?longitude at sea. The accuracy and legibility?of such timepieces we
Patek Philippe Calatrava 6007A Limited Edition (Specs & Price)
To celebrate the completion of its new production building in Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva) Patek Philippe is releasing a new limited edition Calatrava watch with unprecedented design and stainless steel case. Construction work for the building began in 2015 and the result is an impressive 10-storey high building with a length of nearly 200 metres. Classical in its specifications, this watch will certainly remind you of a certain ultra-expensive unique model. Let’s have a look at the new Patek Philippe Calatrava 6007A Limited Edition. The design of the new Patek Philippe Calatrava 6007A is reminiscent of the unique piece donated to Only Watch 2017; the titanium-cased minute repeater, chronograph, perpetual calendar reference?5208T that achieved CHF 6.2 million. Indeed, while the watches are playing in completely different leagues – one being one of the most complex Patek models and the other being a simple time-and-date – the design is pretty identical, with similar di
Industry News: Moderate Growth for LVMH in 2024 in a Challenging Environment, Watches barely Impacted
In the context of a global decline of the luxury goods demand, LVMH, the world's largest luxury goods group, reported revenues of EUR 84.7 billion for 2024, +1% on an organic basis, after a record performance in 2023. In the fourth quarter, organic revenue growth came to 1%, accelerating with respect to the third quarter. Profit from recurring operations came to EUR 19.6 billion down 14% versus 2023. For what is our main concern here at MONOCHROME, the sales of the Watches and Jewelry Business Group are reported at EUR 10,507 million, down 2% on an organic basis. Taking a look at the breakdown of sales by regions, the performance was supported by double-digit growth in Japan (+28%, 9 % of revenues) thanks to a stronger yen, and moderate growth for the United States (+3%, 25% of revenues) and Europe (+2%, 25% of revenues) while the revenues in Asia (-11%, 28% of revenues) were affected by the uncertainties in China. Buying Guide - Best Accessible Mechanical Chronographs of 2022
Chronograph movements are found all over the spectrum of the industry, from affordable quartz plastic watches priced below 200 euros to the very top of the range, where the sky is the limit. Moving from quartz to mechanical chronograph certainly is quite a large step for a watch enthusiast with a limited budget. Indeed, there’s hardly anything interesting or really consistent below 1000 euros (with a few exceptions of course, like Baltic). If you’re willing to increase a bit that budget, however, you’ll be able to find properly cool watches – and that is mostly credited to the very existence of the Valjoux base movement… Here are 6 recently-launched, cool-looking mechanical chronographs that are fairly priced and have true watchmaking credentials too.?Alpina Alpiner 4 Chronograph (2022 Update)If Frederique Constant is specialised in accessible luxury watches with a rather classic, formal design, its sister company Alpina (both owned by Citizen Group) is al
Cuervo y Sobrinos Historiador Flameante Salmon Dial - Review, Price
Cuervo y Sobrinos, the Swiss brand with Cuban roots, expands its Historiador collection with this new Flameante model with an elegant salmon dial. Like all Cuervo y Sobrinos designs, the mood is markedly retro. In the case of the Historiador Flameante collection, the inspiration is taken directly from a Cuervo y Sobrinos model produced in the 1950s. With its slim profile, distinctive lugs and hand-wound movement, the flaming' dial of the watch catches the eye immediately.Cuervo y Sobrinos is an oddity in the world of Swiss watchmaking: it is the only Swiss brand with Cuban roots. Established in Havana in 1882, the brand was revived in the late 1990s and has carved a niche with models that lean heavily on vintage design cues. In line with more contemporary tastes, the cases are larger than the original vintage pieces which inspired the collections. Most of the Historiador family watches are equipped with modern, Swiss mechanical movements. There are recreations, like the Historiador Lan
