The most natural looking Jaeger LeCoultre's 7946 Polaris Automatic gives off the vibe of an earthier and nature-oriented material. One can easily guess where the inspiration of this timepiece was driven from; the color scheme easily gives it away. The earthy brown calfskin leather strap, the silver bezel, and the aqua blue dial base make the earth theme clear. With a bi-directional rotating bezel and a transparent back, the dial remains protected by the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass. To make the dial have a more of a luminescent sky or starry night feeling the designers have given the hour markers and the hour and minute hands polish and luminous fill.

Breitling to Leave Baselworld 2020, Tudor to Have its Own Booth - Monochrome Watches
Baselworld has been through difficult times recently, drawing criticism and seeing more than half of the exhibiting brands leaving the show. The main announcement was, of course, when Nick Hayek decided that the whole Swatch Group was leaving the 2019 Edition – which we now know to be a definitive decision. While the 2019 edition was certainly better than some expected, the situation remains uncertain for the show, which sees yet another big brand leaving Baselworld 2020: Breitling. In a press release sent earlier this morning, Breitling, in the words of its CEO Georges Kern, explains that the brand will “concentrate on (its) global Summit format with subsequent local roadshows in 2020“. The main reason for leaving Baselworld has to do with the new timing of the show, which will now occur just after the SIHH, from 30 April to 5 May 2020 – dates that “cannot be reconciled with our scheduling,” says Kern. The new format allows for more flexibility and p

Based on the Timezoner?unveiled at SIHH 2016, this new version gets rid of the chronograph function to show a more balanced and legible dial focused on a world time complication – and it is cleverly conceived. Let’s take a look at this new ref.?IW395501, a limited edition of 250 pieces. While there is another watch in the Spitfire collection that will certainly draw even more attention (spoiler alert: a cool, reasonably-sized bronze chronograph), there is another watch in this sub-range that shouldn’t be overlooked. Citizen Aqualand Promaster, The Blue Collar Dive Watch from Japan
When we refer to Japan and its watch industry everyone, and rightly so, instantly think of one company: Seiko. However, there is more than that. Although Seiko has produced a large number of excellent, iconic and historical timepieces, it is unfair to forget other companies like Citizen. In this article we are going to examine one of the most iconic dive watches coming from Japan of all time. No, it is not the Tuna Marinemaster or the Seiko 6105, but the iconic Citizen Aqualand Promaster. Background - Citizen's HistoryThe Citizen Watch Company was established in 1918, as the Shokosha Watch Research Institute?and, in 1924, it produced a pocket watch which Mr. Shinpei Goto, the Mayor of Tokyo, named the CITIZEN. After this, the name stuck and was adopted by the company in 1930. From that point onward, Citizen Watch Co. have been producing extremely fine and innovative watches. For example, in 1959, the company created the first Japanese water-resistant watch, the Parawater, while in 1962

Introducing The New TAG Heuer Monaco Skeleton Chronograph (Live Pics & Price)
The TAG Heuer Monaco, the instantly recognizable square chronograph designed at the end of the 1960s, is nothing short of an icon (a word often abused, but that does have its place here). Fueled by the connection with motorsport, worn by legends in cult movies, oddly cool and boldly designed, and with more than half a century of stories to tell, it has recently been presented in multiple iterations, including classic designs or audacious colours. Today, TAG Heuer is presenting what could be the most contemporary and technical take on its Monaco Chronograph in recent years, a version that reveals parts of the movement on the dial side and that plays on modern graphics to animate its display. Here’s the new TAG Heuer Monaco Skeleton Chronograph. If you exclude the highly technical V4 editions – deeply revamped models powered by a movement driven by belts, and with a different case shape –?a unique piece in carbon made for Only Watch 2021, and the very exclusive “Ri
