The La Grande Classique diamond collection by Longines has some of the loveliest watches for ladies. This watch has a mother of pearl dial with diamond hour markers, which look exquisite with thin black hands. The bezel has studded diamonds as well, which go well with the theme of the collection. The stainless steel bracelet compliments the case, which can be altered to have a better fit.

Introducing: The 25th-Anniversary A. Lange & Sohne Datograph Blue Dial
A. Lange & Sohne's most emblematic chronograph, the all-time glorious Datograph, needs little introduction. As it is referred to among collectors, the Dato is considered one of the most iconic chronographs on the market. Turning 25 this year, ALS is celebrating the Datograph's anniversary with a new 125-piece edition in white gold with a blue dial. While covering a new iteration of the Datograph UP/DOWN is always exciting, the focus reverts to the importance this watch enjoys on the chronograph podium.Chronographs are notoriously complex creatures. One of the first brands to emerge with an in-house chronograph after the decimation of the quartz era was A. Lange & Sohne. Following the brand's renaissance in 1994, one of the priorities set out by Gunter Blumlein was to develop a proprietary chronograph movement. Just five years later, Lange released the Datograph calibre L951.1, a refined in-house chronograph that beat other leading brands like Patek Philip
Video - New Watches of A. Lange & Sohne Presented By Wilhelm Schmid
Live from Watches And Wonders 2022, we talk to Wilhelm Schmid, CEO of A. Lange & Sohne, who will present the brand’s latest creation and the theme for the 2022 collection. There were 3 main launches this year for ALS, starting with the new, redesigned, slimmer and slightly bolder Grand Lange 1, with a grained grey dial and ultra-thin case in white or pink gold. Second is the highly surprising titanium Odysseus, a watch with a new light blue/grey dial, new dial structure and mostly, a case and bracelet fully executed in matte-finished titanium. Last but not least, Wilhelm Schmid will introduce to us the new Richard Lange Minute Repeater, a highly classic yet technical chiming piece, with an entirely new in-house movement with several patents and an in-house made grand feu enamel dial, a first for A. Lange & Sohne. For more details about the new collection, check our video on top of the article or visit www.alange-soehne.com. Ad - Scroll to continue with article
Buying Guide: Six Amazing New Chronograph Watches
As the year progresses, we’re all bombarded with tons of watches from countless brands and manufacturers. And I don’t know about you, but even for me, working inside the industry, it can be a real challenge keeping up with things. From affordable to very expensive, and from just a new dial colour to a complete revamp, there’s always a lot going on everywhere you look. So, I thought it would be a good idea to group together some of the watches you might have missed over the past few months. And for this Buying Guide, in particular, we will be looking at a fan-favourite complication: the chronograph!TAG Heuer Monaco racing Green Calibre 11 TitaniumThe TAG Heuer Monaco is a legendary watch for many reasons, but first and foremost, for its signature square case. On top of that, it featured one of the very first automatic chronograph movements when it was released. Ever since, it has become an icon of watchmaking and versatility, as countless iterations have come and gone.
Interview Jean-Christophe Babin on Geneva Watch Days and LVMH Watch Week
Last year, 2020, the planned dates for Baselworld and Watches & Wonders were pretty late in the year. Usually, the SIHH, predecessor of Watches & Wonders, took place in January and Baselworld was often around March. These proved to be good moments in the year for the watch business, as retailers purchased new watches, new inventory, shortly after the Christmas sales and that kept a healthy dynamic in the luxury ecosystem. However now the two major watch fairs were planned for April/May, that important sales moment in January was missing and Bvlgari Group CEO, Jean-Christophe Babin, wanted to do something about that. Within a short timespan, he created the LVMH Watch Week in Dubai, which took place early 2020, and filled the void of a missing watch fair early that year. And when the pandemic put a halt to last year’s Baselworld, it was again Mr. Babin who initiated a new fair, the Geneva Watch Days, which took place just after the summer. The reason for the LVMH Watch Week
Cartier, Shaping Elegance - The History of Cartier through Shaped Watches - Monochrome Watches
Jeweller-watchmaker or watchmaker-jeweller, Cartier excels in both. From this rich tradition, and as evidenced again recently with the introduction of the Drive, the Parisian Maison has drawn an unrivalled legacy in creating fascinating shaped watches. MONOCHROME brings together some of the most iconic Cartier masterpieces born from a unique perception of masculine elegance: sheer dandyism and the mastery of shapes. The first mention of a watch in the Cartier records dates back to 1853. The creation of pocket watches, chatelaines, table clocks, mystery clocks and other horological objets de vertu quickly became one of the most important activities for Cartier. At the beginning of the 20th century, watches started to be worn on the wrist – first for military use, before fashion spread, in particular after the Boer war and even more after WWI. Cartier is intimately associated with the migration of the watch from the pocket to the wrist. The first wristwatch created by Cartier, in 19
