Omega's Constellation Manhattan is a dream come true for those who love watches. This white timepiece can be a classy addition to your collection. The steel band has a nice shiny finish with an attractive dial. The bezel has diamonds for hours markers which shine as bright as you want to. The OMEGA logo is quite impressive as it is made of white gold, which goes well with the white dial and stainless steel band.

Buying Guide: Six Aventurine Watches That Bring Starry Skies To The Wrist
The exact date of origin, and who discovered or developed the process of Aventurine glass remains unknown. It’s believed to be discovered by chance and first seen in Murano, Venice, at the beginning of the 17th century. Aventurine glass is made by adding metallic parts to heated crushed glass causing the particles to crystallise as it cools down. The result is a fascinating spectacle that resembles a star-studded night sky. The most common colours are black and dark blue, but as today’s Buying Guide will reveal, other colours are also possible. Whichever colour it comes in though, it’s almost certain to spark emotions!Code 11.59 by Audemars Piguet Flying TourbillonEarly on in 2023, Audemars Piguet massively impressed us with an array of incredible and often complex new releases in the Code 11.59 collection. The Flying Tourbillon you see here, is perhaps the most evocative one, with its rose gold and black ceramic case and exquisite automatic flying tourbillon movement
IWC Portugieser Perpetual Calendar 42 IW3442 // Hands-On, Specs, Price
This year at IWC Schaffhausen the iconic Portugieser family is in the spotlight. One of the novelties is the IWC Portugieser Perpetual Calendar 42. Smaller in size with a simpler layout of the calendar information, the new Perpetual Calendar 42 is a toned-down, more moderate and less expensive younger brother of the existing 44mm Perpetual Calendar. Still fitted with Kurt Klaus's ingenious perpetual calendar module, the movement is a more compact, robust automatic derived from IWC’s 82000 calibre family. We have been lucky enough to enjoy some hands-on time with these two new models (steel and rose gold with silver dials) just ahead of the ‘virtual' launch of Richemont Group's novelties today.Kurt Klaus’ Perpetual CalendarIn the early 1980s, Kurt Klaus set out to translate the Gregorian calendar with its many irregularities into a mechanical programme for a wristwatch. His ingenious perpetual calendar, which debuted in the Da Vinci Perpetual Calendar in 1985, comprise
IWC Pilot Watch Chronograph Edition ?Le Petit Prince? - Monochrome Watches
When IWC opened its new boutique in Amsterdam last month, we had the chance to get some hands-on time with the new IWC Pilot Watch Chronograph Edition ‘Le Petit Prince’. This latest edition of the Pilot Watch Chronograph features a striking blue dial and is the third edition to support the Antoine de Saint-Exupery Youth Foundation, in its commitment against illiteracy.Last year IWC introduced two other ‘Le Petit Prince’ editions: a?Big Pilot's Watch Perpetual Calendar Edition ‘Le Petit Prince’ and the?Pilot's Watch Mark XVII Edition ‘Le Petit Prince’. Both featured a similar blue dial, which seems to be?IWC’s trademark for the charity editions; just like the Portuguese Chronograph Classic Laureus Edition?that was introduced some week ago. The new Pilot Chronograph Edition ‘Le Petit Prince’ is a boutique edition, meaning it’s only available in the IWC boutiques.? Ad - Scroll to continue with article
Omega Speedmaster 38 'Cappuccino' - Glamour and Resilience - Monochrome Watches
Last month we covered the launch of two new gold Speedmaster 38mm watches for women. Presented in either Sedna or yellow gold, the novelties flesh out the growing collection that currently has a line-up of 19 models in a wide variety of case materials, two-tone and single tone dials and the option of diamonds on the bezel. Although there are plenty of Speedmaster 38mm chronographs that play the unisex card extremely well, the model we had for our hands-on session is this beautiful Sedna gold and diamond version with a ‘cappuccino’ colour scheme.Size does matterThe 38mm Speedmaster made its debut in 2017, exactly 60 years after the introduction of the first Speedmaster in Omega's 1957 trilogy of Master instrument watches. For starters, the size of this watch is absolutely perfect. After all, it is a sports watch and making the Speedmaster any smaller would cancel the personality of the watch. Like the Speedmaster that landed on the Moon (ST 105.012), the case construction of
Jacob & Co. Astronomia Alec Monopoly (Specs & Price)
As a child of the 1980s, I grew up quite a few years before a little thing called the internet was widely available. Games were plaid off-line rather than online and you'd had to time yourself to watch?your favourite TV show, otherwise, you'd miss it. Growing up I had a few favourite TV cartoons and board games to play. And to my surprise, two of those things have just reared their head in an ultra-complex Jacob & Co in a collaboration with renowned artist and painter Alec Monopoly.?And once again, it is mechanical boldness to the max.Presented as a special collaboration between perhaps the most extravagant independent watchmaker and the famous street artist, the Astronomia Alec Monopoly combines several artistic crafts within the signature Astronomia theme. The four arms of the movement rotate over a sparkling black aventurine base dial, with four unique and handcrafted characters pretty much all of us are familiar with.
