This is another stunning watch by Seiko. Their brand has been around for many years and is known to create excellent quality watches. This is a great example of stunning design and splendor. This watch is a part of their Astron collection which is the world's first solar-powered GPS watch. It features a stunning black dial with the date displayed at the 3'o clock position and has luminous hands and hour markers. Furthermore, the case is made of stainless steel with a ceramic bezel.

Introducing: The Hublot Classic Fusion Essential Grey (Volume III)
One of Hublot's more recent specialities has been the Essential Grey treatment of popular models, which essentially turns them into monochromatic variants for collectors. This started with the Big Bang Unico Essential Grey and continued with the Spirit of Big Bang Essential Grey, and now we have a third instalment, the Classic Fusion Essential Grey. Two Classic Fusion models, 42mm and 45mm, are included for 2024 in what's become an annual tradition and feature titanium cases for that monochrome aesthetic.?As mentioned, there's a 42mm and 45mm Essential Grey model in satin-brushed/polished titanium with all of the Classic Fusion highlights: an integrated bracelet, six external and functional screws with H-shaped heads on a satin-finished bezel and a simple time/date-only design. Unlike most manufacturers, the difference in case size goes beyond just looks, as each has its own distinctive movement designed for the case volume. Perhaps a bit superfluous, but cool nonetheless. Both come wi
IWC Pilot's Watch "Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport" / Introducing
Manufacturer IWC Schaffhausen has dedicated two limited-edition Pilot's watches to Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport, the renowned constructor of Formula One cars based in the UK. As the team's official engineering partner since 2013, IWC exploits the many parallels that exist between motor sport's premier competition and high-end watchmaking. Kitted out with the black and turquoise livery of Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport, two limited-edition Pilot's watches - a perpetual calendar and a chronograph - join IWC's line-up of aviator models.Editor’s note: Yes, indeed, at IWC a Pilot’s watch doesn’t only mean “flying tool” but refers to pilots in general, of the airborne and track kind. Previously reserved to the Ingenieur line, with the integrated bracelet and shaped case, the new AMG editions are no longer based on this collection – the Ingenieur of today is dedicated to classic motor racing, not to technical, modern F1. This is the role of the Pilot&
Hands-On With The New Patek Philippe Aquanaut Chronograph 5968R
In 1997, Patek Philippe presented the Aquanaut Ref. 5060A, a sports watch with a rubber strap, heavily inspired by the design of Nautilus. It was aimed at a new and younger clientele with fast money to spend, looking for a fresher and sportier alternative to an already established model. Twenty-six years later, the Aquanaut collection comprises twenty references, nearly as many as the Nautilus, born two decades earlier, in 1976. The Aquanaut, ridiculed as a Nautilus Junior at first, now is a similarly distinguished and unobtainable Patek. However, the Aquanaut offers fewer complications than the older brother, perhaps restrained by the sporty nature of the collection. But active lifestyle and sport are about timing, so after a rather long consideration, the Aquanaut collection welcomed a chronograph to its ranks in 2018, the stainless steel Ref. 5968A. Three years later, PP added two white gold models to the collection. Recently, Patek Philippe introduced a very indiscreetly luxurious
Rare Roger Dubuis watches - Monochrome Watches
Sometimes you see a watch and you immediately ‘fall in love’ with it. This does not happen too often, but what if this happens with two watches from the same brand? Recently a friend mailed me about a watch that was for sale at a local watch store. He knoww I have a weak spot for mono-poussoir chronographs. The watch was a Roger Dubuis Hommage Mono-poussoir in white gold with a salmon color dial. A salmon color dial is not my usual pick, but this one was so beautiful…. Ad - Scroll to continue with article On the wrist the dial just suits the entire watch perfectly and i wouldn’t change anything about it. The engraving of the dial is absolutely stunning. It’s incredibly complex, yet absolutely not ‘loud’. This watch has all the ingredients?I like, a mono-poussoir chronograph, an absolutely stunning movement which is?super
Panerai Luminor Marina Fibratech 44mm PAM01163 - Specs & Price
Panerai's ‘Laboratorio de Idee’ has been a platform to explore and innovate regarding materials, today a field of expertise for the brand. The latest addition to the portfolio of high-tech materials is Fibratech, made from mineral fibres produced by the fusion of basalt rock. Meet the Panerai Luminor Marina Fibratech?PAM01163.Fibratech?is a composite material based on basalt rock fibres. Thin layers are superimposed in a precise orientation and then consolidated through a process where pressure and temperature are controlled. The matrix to bind this reinforcement together is a polymer. This creates a non-homogenous matte grey appearance with random pattern depending on the cut. From a technical perspective, Fribatech is 60% lighter than steel, resilient and highly resistant to corrosion. An appropriate material for such a large diver’s watch.
