IWC Big Pilot 43 Edition Mr Porter Bronze IW329703
This isn’t the first time that luxury menswear outlet MR PORTER is partnering with watch brands to create special editions. In fact, it isn’t even the first time it has done it with IWC Schaffhausen. It makes sense since the same conglomerate, Richemont, owns both entities. Nevertheless, it can result in pretty cool models, and their latest collaboration certainly has some appeal. Meet the new IWC Big Pilot’s Watch 43 Edition “Mr Porter Edition 1” reference IW329703 with its contrasting combination of bronze and Alcantara.?For this new limited edition, the online retail website has set its sights on the current star of pilot’s watches at IWC (yes, times are changing, this isn’t the original, oversized BP anymore), the Big Pilot 43. Already available in an array of colours and materials, Mr Porter now creates a new edition that is all about contrasts and warm colours. First of all, its case is now made of bronze. Again, we’ve already seen
Chopard L.U.C XPS Facelift for 2017 - Hands-On Review (Specs & Price)
Chopard is unveiling a subtle facelift of the dapper, comfortable and incredibly well-engineered L.U.C XPS. The good news is that it comes in different versions which will suit all tastes and pockets: from the unapologetically smart blued-dialed platinum version to the more affordable steel version, a great opportunity if you are looking for a high-end haute-horlogerie dress watch at an accessible price point. Here's an early hands-on look. With this facelift, the chic and understated L.U.C XPS remains true to its fit with a case measuring 40 mm in diameter and 7.2 mm thick. As you would expect with such a slender profile and ergonomic case, it is elegant and superbly comfortable on the wrist.? The attention to detail is really impressive and the finish impeccable with polished surfaces and satin-brushed flanks and inter-lug space. It would be indeed difficult to find any fault, right down to its well-proportioned signed crown. Ad - Scroll to co

Introducing The New And Minimalistic Oris Artelier S
Oris is mostly known for its dive watches and instruments for pilots, some of them being part of the most focussed pieces on the market. Think about the Depth Gauge watch or the ProPilot Altimeter… But there’s also a more elegant and restrained side to Oris, with the Artelier collection. Classic, smooth and sometimes even mechanically impressive, this collection might not catch most of the attention but remains an interesting alternative on the market for classic watches. The new Oris Artelier S, which relies on an existing case and technical base, pushes the idea of subtle elegance very, very far.Meet one of the most “nude” watches of the year. It has to be one of the cleanest dials the brand has ever done. This new Oris Artelier S is all about making a watch discreet and elegant by removing, and not by adding adornments. A deliberate choice, resulting in a watch that is more about its shapes and colours than anything else. That being said, if it was me, I woul
Hands-on: The Tissot PRX Chronograph Gradient Green
The PRX collection continues to capture attention, with Tissot consistently introducing cool new designs that resonate with consumers. This series has become popular for its competitive pricing, appealing aesthetics, and solid performance features. Drawing inspiration from Tissot’s 1978 Seastar - a sports watch with an integrated bracelet - the PRX series (Precise, Robust, with the X representing 10 bars of water-resistance) was born. Although the name and concept were initially short-lived, they were rediscovered in 2020 and reintroduced at just the right moment in 2021.The collection made a strong comeback, first with quartz-powered PRX models and then with the Powermatic 80 versions, which quickly became hits in a market hungry for such designs. An Automatic Chronograph took a year to join the PRX line-up, blending classic design elements, vintage inspiration and modern touches. With the introduction of Tissot PRX Automatic Chronograph Green, four PRX chrono references exist.
