Luxury Watches |
TAG Heuer designed a flamboyant but robust watch perfect, for all the speed lovers. Almost every feature of the watch reminds either of the road or the sports car, from the Black PVD coated case, thick ceramic bezel, a column wheel, the dual sub-dials and the S-link steel bracelet inspired by the pattern found on wheels. The hefty size of 45mm gives it an ample space to contain all the features. The black dial with red details almost depicts the speed meters of the sports car.

Introducing The Green/Black AP Royal Oak Offshore Tourbillon Chrono
The Beast, the Royal Oak Offshore, officially turns 30 this year, and as if the relatives were scarce to fill the room for celebration, Audemars Piguet brings another specimen into the family, a cool-coloured Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon Chronograph presented in a black ceramic case with green anodized elements. Jokes aside, this new watch is a fine addition to the new generation of the Royal Oak Offshore collection, much like the original version launched in 2021, but with an even more futuristic look. The new AP ROO Flying Tourbillon Chronograph version is everything the inaugural reference was. Still, the choice of material for the 43mm case and green hues to colour elements on the dial side make all the difference. This year, for the first time in the 43mm ROO collection, the watch features a full ceramic case with a ceramic caseback. Multiple finishing techniques are used to bring out the best of the case design, with updated, enlarged polished bevels on the edges. AP mastered cer
Hands-On - Vacheron Constantin Overseas Perpetual Calendar Skeleton
Since its introduction in 2016, I have a soft spot for the latest generation of Vacheron Constantin Overseas, whether the classic time-and-date model or more complex editions like the Dual-Time. Even though slightly less coveted than its direct competitors (the Royal Oak and the Nautilus), it remains one of the best options in the luxury sports watch category, with a superb execution. But then came the Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin Skeleton… And now, this adds to the handsome design some truly impressive watchmaking and decoration skills. A niche model for sure, but one with a lot of appeal.BRIEF BACKGROUND OF THE OVERSEASIn 1977, Vacheron Constantin introduced reference 222 to mark the brand's 222nd anniversary. Designed by Jorg Hysek, the 222 was a high-end sports watch with a tonneau-shaped 120m water-resistant case, a serrated bezel and an integrated bracelet. Reinvented in 2016, under the aegis of artistic director Christian Selmoni, the Overseas collection is Vache
Jaeger-LeCoultre Atmos Transparente 2019 // Introducing, Review
The reassuring tick-tock of the table clock has by and large been replaced by more modern contraptions for telling the time. Sadly, table clocks, once a ubiquitous presence on the mantelpiece of many homes, have gone the way of drinks trolleys and soda siphons. However, there is one table clock that has survived the tide of changing fashions and continues to fascinate with its perpetual movement activated by invisible changes in temperature: the Atmos. With no requirement to wind the movement, no hidden batteries, Jaeger-LeCoultre's famous Atmos clock returns in a completely transparent case to reveal every detail of its movement that quite literally lives on air. Meet the new and modern?Jaeger-LeCoultre Atmos Transparente.Atmos TransparenteThe Atmos Transparente ?(from atmosphere, the agent responsible for powering the mechanical movement) is a feast for lovers of mechanical spectacles. Its minimalist design and touches of Art Deco styling are housed in a glass box set on a rectangula
Introducing The Omega Seamaster Ploprof 1200m Summer Blue, The Return of An Icon (Live Pics & Price)
Part of the Seamaster 75th anniversary collection, Omega had to release a dedicated version of one of its most iconic dive watches, the Ploprof. With its oversized dimensions, distinctive asymmetrical shape, giant crown guard and unique crown placement, this professional diver truly stands apart. As you would expect, the new Ploprof comes with the same treatment as the other Seamaster 75th anniversary models including a compelling gradient blue dial. But there is more. What we have here is a new generation Ploprof, with a new case design. Here's what you have to know.?The history of the Ploprof is connected to the development of deep-sea saturation diving in the late 1950s to answer the needs of various industries such as offshore oil and gas exploration, underwater construction, scientific research, and underwater welding or inspection. The technique enables divers to perform complex and time-consuming tasks at depths that would be otherwise inaccessible using conventional diving meth
Heritage Corum Lab 01 (Specs & Price)
With its new Lab collection, Corum aims at taking risks and experimenting. The timepieces of this collection eschew traditional codes and instead provide an off-beat take on watchmaking where mechanics take precedence. Meet the Heritage Corum Lab 01, a shaped watch with a bold design and an openworked, micro-rotor movement. The first two Labs' are barrel-shaped limited edition watches bringing their architectural, openworked movements to the fore. The Lab does not have much of a dial allowing the wearer to admire the watch's inner workings. Measuring 39.85mm x 55mm, the barrel-shaped case features soft curves contrasting beautifully with powerful angles. Crafted in black DLC-coated titanium, it features an embossed rubber inlay on the side of the case with the Limited Edition' caption. It is also fitted with a crown unusually positioned at 6 o'clock.
