The Tag Heuer WAR1312.BA0778 is a Carrera category ladies watch. This watch comes with a white dial that features rose gold-toned index hour markers and minute hands of the same tone as well. The dial also features a date section that is conveniently placed at the 3'o'clock position. The watch comes with a decently polished steel case that accounts for the durability and sustainability of this design. Sapphire crystals in the watch glass make it stay reflection and scratch free. The bezel of this watch is fixed, and the back and bracelet are made in polished steel as well. The watch has a quartz type movement that allows a smooth running time. The reserve of this watch is promising as well.

Hands-on with the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph QEII Cup 2015 Limited Edition (live pics, specs & price) - Monochrome-Watches
When it comes to limited edition watches, I usually don’t really care much about the partnership or the?purpose of them. In today’s hands-on review, we give you an Audemars Piguet, a watch made in collaboration?with? The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) for the 17th Audemars Piguet Queen Elizabeth II (QEII) Cup. Thus, something that I really don’t care about. However, what tickles my interest is clearly the watch in question, because what we have here might be one of the best looking modern AP Royal Oak?Chronographs. it’s called the?Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph QEII Cup 2015 Limited Edition (sorry for the name) and here it is in the flesh. The “new” Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph was introduced in 2012 with several improvements and updates: a new face, with thinner and longer indexes, a slightly more precise pattern on the dial with smaller “hobnails” but mainly a larger case, measuring 41mm vs. 39mm on the older edition. Surpri
Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda PF Micro-Rotor - Review, Specs & Price
Except if you’ve been living in a cave for the past three or four years, you might well be aware that the hottest watch category these days is the so-called luxury sports watch. Based on 1970s inspirations, equipped with an integrated bracelet, mixing daily capacities with refined mechanics, they’ve become something of a necessity for any watchmaking brand that wants to be taken seriously. Can we blame them? Certainly not, all of these new contenders are simply answering market demand. Parmigiani Fleurier has recently decided that it wants a seat at the table, and preferably next to the main icons of the so-called Holy Trinity. And for that, it has created a completely new collection, including this Tonda PF Micro-Rotor. But is it any good? What is a luxury sports watch? We’ve explained what we consider are the key traits of a luxury sports watch many times in the past, but since there is no fixed definition, a quick reminder will be helpful. According to our own defini
Video: Our Recap of Watches and Wonders 2024 and Key Takeaways
Now that the dust has settled and we had the time to digest the hundreds of watches we’ve seen and written about at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2024 and off the fair, we’ve decided to take some time and talk about it. Somehow a new format for us, we’ve invited our founder, Frank Geelen, and one of our editors, Robin Nooy, to speak their minds. Highlights, most discussed new releases, watches we’d like to buy for ourselves, trends of the year, winners and losers, but also pragmatic topics such as the continuous rise of prices or the comeback of smaller watches. Check our recap of Watches and Wonders in the video on top of this article.?What to expect in this video:00:05 – Introduction Ad - Scroll to continue with article 00:45 – The biggest takeaways of the fair, by Robin01:30 – Frank's thoughts about the fair and the gene
Interview Rexhep Rexhepi Akrivia on RRCCII, Future, Waiting Lists & more
The fact that the very first example of the Rexhep Rexhepi Chronometre Contemporain II (or RRCCII) hammered for CHF 800,000 at the latest edition of Only Watch speaks volumes about the recognition of independent watchmaker Rexhep Rexhepi, founder of the brand Akrivia. During Dubai Watch Week, we chatted with Rexhepi to find out how a young boy born in Kosovo became a watchmaker in Geneva and his next steps.Xavier Markl, MONOCHROME - How did a boy from Kosovo become one of the most successful independent watchmakers?Rexhep Rexhepi, independent watchmaker, founder of Akrivia –?I grew up with my grandmother in Kosovo. Like many Kosovars, my father worked in Switzerland and sent money home. One of my earliest memories was of a watch he was wearing when he came home to visit us from time to time in Kosovo. By the age of 11, we moved to Switzerland. When you arrive at Geneva airport, the first thing you see is watch advertising everywhere. Everything was new to me, and the first thing
Introducing the Oris Divers Sixty Five, now in Grey and "Deauville Blue" (specs & price) - Monochrome Watches
Remember Baselworld 2015… One of the most?discussed watches and one of our favorites was, surprisingly, a watch priced below 2,000 Euros – and not one of the ultra-complicated pieces from Patek or one of the latest es. Frankly, the Oris Divers Sixty Five is a tremendously cool timepiece, mixing?perfectly vintage elements with a modern and ultra-stylish look. We showed it to you in advance before Baselworld and we reviewed it later, just to confirm that, yes, we love this affordable, simple but inspired tool watch. Oris now comes with a new iteration, following the trend of blue dials. Here is?Oris Divers Sixty Five, now in Grey and “Deauville Blue”.Introduced first with a black dial, a black bezel and cream “faux-patina” indexes, the Oris Divers Sixty Five was paying tribute to an almost forgotten vintage piece made by the brand during the mid-1960s (most likely, this watch was launched in 1965).
