Luxury Watches |
The Tag Heuer Formula One Chronograph Men's Watch is an extraordinary chronograph and timepiece.
The design of the watch is its most distinctive feature. It has a unique black dial with 3 white subdials
inside. The dial has an extremely sporty look with its tachymeter scale on the outer rim. Completed by a
silver stainless steel 43 mm case, the watch is a combination of sportiness and luxury. Its eye-catching
look is enhanced by the black textile strap which has contrasting red stitching over it. The watch is
equipped with the TAG Heuer quartz movement, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Record Results for LVMH in 2019, Strong Growth For Bvlgari and Hublot
Year after year, the publication of the annual results of LVMH is no more a surprise… Growth has become the norm for the world’s largest luxury group, which operates in multiple businesses such as fashion, wine, perfumes, selective retailing and, of course, watches and jewellery – the group is the owner of Bvlgari, Hublot, TAG Heuer, Zenith and, a recent deal, the integration of Tiffany & Co. (which will be effective mid-2020). As for 2019 results, LVMH recorded revenue of €53.7 billion in 2019, up 15%, and organic revenue growth was 10%. Impressive numbers, yet the situation has to be nuanced, depending on the business units and the regions. There’s no debating the constant growth of LVMH’s revenues, without even accounting for the recently acquired companies. Even without them, the group continues its progression both for revenues and profits – both were up 15% between 2018 and 2019, with an impressive net profit of 13% of the revenues. Bernard
LVMH First Quarter 2020 Results Show Declining Sales, But Still Relative Resilience - Monochrome Watches
As a first reliable indicator of the impact of COVID-19 on the luxury industry, the French powerhouse and market leader, LVMH has just announced its results for the first quarter of 2020. A period that accounts for the first weeks of lockdown and closed shops, both for the Asian and European markets. With sales down 15% compared to the same period in 2019, there’s no denying the impact, although the portfolio of brands still shows “its ability to be resilient in an economic environment disrupted by a serious health crisis.” However, disparities exist within the business groups. With the confinement rules applied first in China (as of mid-January), one of LVMH’s major markets, followed by the same policies in Europe (as of mid-March) and in multiple countries over the world, combined with the closure of stores and manufacturing sites in most countries and suspension of international travel, we were expecting sales of the LVMH Group to be dramatically impacted. Weekly Watch Photo: Omega Speedmaster to celebrate 45th Anniversary of Apollo 11 - Monochrome-Watches
That’s one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind. These words from Neil Armstrong still resonate in the heart of everyone on earth, even 45 years after the Apollo 11 team landed on the Moon. Of course, Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins had tons of the best equipment with them but the one that clearly appeals most to us is the small,?rudimentary, basic, old-fashioned mechanical Omega Speedmaster strapped onto each of their wrists. Omega can be proud of this history; and to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Apollo 11, they introduced a new limited edition of the Speedmaster Professional.?Today’s?photos, made by our friends at?SpeedyWatches, makes a perfect way to celebrate this monumental milestone in men’s history.?Today, July 20th 2014, marks the 45th anniversary of?the iconic lunar landing where famous astronauts Neil Armstrong,?Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins took humankind's first steps on the moon. Tudor Heritage Black Bay Bronze Blue Bucherer Edition (Specs & Price)
Please welcome the BBBBB… Yes, 5 B’s for a new model that will definitely create some buzz (again). Three of these B’s are already known, they refer to the Black Bay Bronze. Add to that a fourth B, for Blue, the color used by a certain Maison for its special editions, plus a fifth a final B for another Maison,?Bucherer. So there you have it, following the tradition of special editions dressed in blue, Bucherer and Tudor have unveiled the new – and exclusive to the retailer’s?stores –?Tudor Heritage Black Bay Bronze Blue.Bucherer is one of the oldest and largest watch retailers in the world, founded in 1888 and now counts 16 stores in Switzerland, 10 stores in Germany, and 1 store in each of Vienna and Copenhagen, as well as the world's largest watch and jewelry store in Paris. You can imagine then, that watch brands are quite respectful of such a client and are more than happy to create special editions for them. And they did… In the run-up to
Introducing: The Gubelin Ipsomatic, Designed by Architect Santiago Calatrava
If you’re into watches, then the name Gubelin should sound familiar –? you’ll probably first think about double-signed vintage Patek Philippe watches, once retailed by this house. Indeed, Gubelin is, first and foremost, a jeweller and watch retailer which has been in the business for over 150 years in Switzerland. Today, Gubelin returns to making watches under its own name, bringing back a historical name – the Ipsomatic – with a watch that’s been designed by world-famous architect Santiago Calatrava and powered by vintage automatic movements. A fine watch with expressive design, let’s discover it.?A vintage, circa 1950s Gubelin Ipso Matic watch – image by thisiswatchable.comGubelin was created in 1854 and has been one of the most respected Swiss watch retailers ever since.
