Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Jumbo Extra-Thin 16202BA - Hands-On, Price
Last week, and you hardly can have missed it, Audemars Piguet presented a whole new collection of Royal Oak watches celebrating the 50th anniversary of the icon born in 1972. Among a dozen updated models, there was, of course, the brand new Jumbo, the reference 16202, which we’ve extensively reviewed in this article, in its all-time classic stainless steel version. But there’s more to the new Royal Oak Jumbo than just the steel model. In fact, AP has presented 4 different versions, including the one you see here, a bold and loud yellow gold watch with a smoked yellow-gold-toned dial. And I know I still have issues admitting it, but boy does it look cool! So yes, the Royal Oak Jumbo Extra-Thin 16202BA is the latest addition to my “guilty pleasure watch” list.?I know I should be luring after the stainless steel Royal Oak Jumbo Extra-Thin 16202ST, for everything it represents. Because it’s the most faithful version. Because it’s also far more in line wi
This week we take a look at some of the most insane vans ever created
If you're anything like me, and on the road in a bit of traffic quite regularly, some cars stick out more than others, and not always in a good way. One eyesore we've surely all encountered before, and perhaps had the pleasure' of driving ourselves for whatever reason, is the van. They're big, loud and often are right on your bumper trying to pass you by almost pushing you out the way. Generally, they're a pain and a nuisance more often than not. But how can you spruce up a van to become, well. cool? Simple, add a big engine and make it go fast. Like, REALLY fast!Basically, everything with the word Super in it is instantly better, right? Superman, Superspeed, Supersonic, Supercharger, Supercompressor, Supersonnerie, Supercar and so on. But how about a Supervan? Is calling a simple van a Supervan the way to go to shed the horrid reputations most people associate it with? Well no, it's not just about naming something super it's more about making it super in the process as well, something
Daniel Craig Spotted at 2019 British GP With Omega Seamaster Bullhead and Bond 25 Seamaster watch
Most people over the weekend were watching Wimbledon for the Men's and Women's championship matches in addition to the 2019 Cricket World Cup. The 2019 Formula One British Grand Prix at Silverstone was slightly overshadowed by these two events. But for those who watched it, Daniel Craig, who plays James Bond and is currently filming parts of the upcoming Bond 25 film, was in attendance for the race won by English driver Lewis Hamilton. And he had something special on the wrist. What caught my eye was the Omega timepiece on Daniel Craig’s wrist. Yes, I know the brand is the official watch of 007, but Craig was wearing Omega before he was cast as the sixth James Bond, so he was a fan of the brand beforehand.
