A beautiful wristwatch from Tissot, the Tissot Flamingo from their T-Lady collection comes with a delicate build. It has a round dial with a black mother-of-pearl background and silver-tone index markings and hands. To complement this, there is a grey bracelet created from a sturdy stainless steel material and has 7 lugs. Moreover, the dial consists of a date column at the 6'o clock position. The timepiece is a true amalgamation of elegance and function.

Only Watch 2017 - The Unique H. Moser & Cie. Venturer Concept Only Watch
One of the great things about the Only Watch biennial charity auction is that it’s not exclusive to big names only, such as Patek or Tudor.?There are many more watch companies, including some of the very best independent watchmakers who also step up to donate one unique, purpose-built timepiece to help fund research on Duchenne muscular dystrophy. One of these is a favourite amongst the Monochrome team: H. Moser & Cie, and for the 2017 Only Watch event, they have created a one-of-a-kind piece, featuring their now classical “nude” style, with a few little details to make it extra special. Here then is the?H. Moser & Cie. Venturer Concept Only Watch. The goal of Only Watch is to entice watch brands to create a one-off watch,, with a unique style or feature and then to donate them in order to raise funds for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. While some have presented complex pieces, with specifically decorated dials, H. Moser & Cie, the Schaffausen-based independen

Introducing The New Two-Tone Rado Captain Cook Automatic 42mm Models
A star collection for Rado, the specialist in innovative ceramics, the Captain Cook is not only its sportiest model but also the one with the most pronounced retro vibe. In the past years, following the resurrection of this name with a faithful vintage re-edition, Rado has capitalised on the appeal of this design, launching multiple variations. From compact retro versions to contemporary ceramic and openworked models, there’s much to discover within the range. And today, the brand adds two more editions, classics with a twist and a certain flair for cool bling. Here are the two new two-tone PVD gradient editions of the Captain Cook Automatic 42mm.?Contrary to most of the recent Captain Cook collection launches made from high-tech ceramic cases?with advanced specifications or a sportier vibe, these are classic models in stainless steel with closed dials and bracelets. Don’t get me wrong, these are still capable dive-like watches with solid features and very decent specs over
TAG HEUER 50 Years of Carrera - Monochrome Watches
Ever since the public viewed the first Carrera chronograph, affectionately named “the Panda” for its black and white color scheme, collectors have vied for possession. Named for the Carrera Panamericana Mexico Road Race, the Carrera was the first chronograph designed for motorsports, and race car drivers and enthusiasts responded. In 1996, TAG Heuer re-introduced the Carrera; in 2010, the Calibre 1887 was born; and in 2013, the Calibre 1969 joined the ranks. In addition, the Mikrograph and Mikrogirder have elevated the Carrera into the heights of Haute Horlogerie. Over the years, the Carrera has advanced in its technology while retaining its unmistakable DNA. Now we can see the Carrera through the years. In 2013, TAG Heuer celebrated 50 Years of Carrera. The anniversary allowed them to showcase the Calibre 1887. They announced, “This year's (2013) Carrera chronographs all house one of TAG Heuer's proudest technical achievements – the in-house manufactured movemen
Hands-On: The "Albino-Like" Tudor Black Bay GMT Opaline Dial
The difference a dial can make… We’ve said it countless times, but a simple change of dial colour can truly transform a watch. And the new opaline silvery-white dial of the Black Bay GMT introduced earlier this year at Watches & Wonders is there to make a point. For several years, this watch has been, at least in my books, too close to what was doing with its Pepsi GMT-Master II. But Tudor is in its emancipation period. The teenager is turning into an adult and takes his own decisions. While this new white dial makes the Black Bay GMT stand independently, what truly matters is the vibe, the non-official inspiration… Because what you’re looking at is an evocation of an elusive, mythical, maybe questionable but truly desirable watch, the so-called Albino GMT…?There’s a new dial on the Tudor Black Bay GMT. I know, many can argue that it isn’t a big deal. Objectively, this is the exact same watch as before, just in a new colour. In most insta
