The Tissot T-Touch Expert Solar II from their Touch collection is an advanced timepiece. It consists of a black dial, which is precisely marked with black hands and index markers. Besides, the hands and markers are luminescent so that you can note down the time even in low light conditions. In addition, the design has a tactile scratch-resistant sapphire crystal that protects the dial. The black ceramic bezel surrounds the dial, along with a sturdy casing made from titanium that adds to the durability.

Buying Guide - 5 Watches That Redefine Ultra-Thin Watchmaking
Ultra-thin is a truly fascinating area of watchmaking. Ultra-thin is the child of miniaturization, which has always been one of the watchmakers’ goals. Ultra-thin is where design and mechanics meet, where the ingenuity of the watchmaker isn’t guided by the need to pack more and more functions, but by the wish to make the watch as elegant as possible. Ultra-thin is a true watchmaker’s field of research that requires complex mechanical solutions. But for long, ultra-thin meant classic watches. Can’t ultra-thin be cool, bold, modern, slightly provocative or usable on a daily basis too? Actually, in the past years, ultra-thin has changed and is no more reserved for the so-called “tuxedo” watch. And here are 5 impressively slender models that prove you can be thin and different.?The Modern Classic – Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding Perpetual Calendar Ultra-ThinMeet the thinnest perpetual calendar on the market… This watch combines the bes
the 2020 Chopard L.U.C Perpetual Twin (Specs & Price)
In 1996, under the guidance of Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, Chopard proudly inaugurated its Fleurier Manufacture and introduced a superb micro-rotor movement, the Calibre 1.96. This brand milestone gave birth to a collection of high-end watches named L.U.C embodying Chopard's finest watchmaking expertise. It laid the foundations for numerous developments including the L.U.C Perpetual Twin, an elegant perpetual calendar that was presented in 2016 on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the collection. The model is now released in two new elegant versions. The first version of the Chopard L.U.C Perpetual Twin is presented in the usual stainless steel case. It is now fitted with a new dial, with subtle blue shades. The second model introduced is, for the first time, offered in pink gold and paired with an elegant ruthenium-grey dial. Both dials are presented in a new, more classic style with faceted hour markers – replacing the applied Roman numerals found in
Lewis Hamilton vs Nico Rosberg - IWC Ingenieur Chronograph Limited Editions - Monochrome Watches
A few weeks ago Lewis?Hamilton and Nico Rosberg, the two drivers of the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 Team, had a bit of a clash, during the Belgian Grand in?Spa-Francorchamps. Now, just before?the start of the?Singapore Grand Prix, IWC launches?two limited edition Ingenieur Chronograph watches, designed by the?two rivals:?the IWC Ingenieur Chronograph Edition “Lewis Hamilton” and Edition “Nico Rosberg”. Maybe this is a better way to settle their rivalry? Which of the two watches do you prefer? The two special editions are limited to 250pieces each and we wouldn’t be surprised if all pieces are sold before to next race. The two drivers unveiled their own personal Ingenieur Chronograph, shortly before the Singapore Grand Prix, and during that event IWC announced the renewal of its current partnership with the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team. That’s good news, and we’re sure we’ll hear more about that later. Now?we’re of cours
Introducing the Omega Seamster Planet Ocean 43.5mm Master Chronometer in Black and Orange - Monochrome Watches
Most of certainly know the Planet Ocean collection, which in a few years, became a sort of a norm for the Seamaster. This high-performance dive watch is known for its 600m water resistance and helium escape valve but mainly (and that’s what matter for most wearers), it is recognizable because of its rather bulky and masculine design, making it successful for those in a need of sportiness. For Baselworld 2016, there’s a revamp of the collection, including this new?Omega Seamster Planet Ocean 43.5mm Master Chronometer in Black and Orange – new size, new movement, new colors, new materials… but still the iconic look. This new?Omega Seamster Planet Ocean 43.5mm Master Chronometer bears several improvements, several innovations (at least for this collection) and also brings a bunch of visual evolutions. First of all, the case will see the arrival of a new size: 43.5mm, a case that sits right in the middle of the previous 42mm and 45.5mm (as of now, we don’t know
Interview - Adrian Ballinger On Climbing Everest Without Oxygen, his Favre-Leuba Bivouac 9000 On The Wrist
Favre Leuba is known for its rugged functional watches. The brand's unique mountaineering credentials owe much to the Bivouac collection. Back in the 1960s, the watch was one of the first to be fitted with a mechanical altimeter. In 1975, Japanese alpinist Junko Tabel, the first women to summit Everest, did so with a Bivouac strapped to her wrist.Fast forward to 2017, the brand launched the Bivouac 9000, a modern take on this model capable of measuring altitude up to 9000m – watch our in-depth video to understand how this watch works. Empirical evidence of this capability was brought by mountaineer Adrian Ballinger, as he summited Everest while wearing this modern Bivouac 9000 on his wrist. We caught up with Adrian Ballinger in Zurich, just a few weeks after he came back from his no-oxygen ascent of K2, the second tallest mountain in the world. Doing so, he became one of the few climbers to have summited both Everest and K2 without oxygen. Ad - Scroll to continue with a
