Hands-On The Nomos Club Sport neomatik 37 Petrol Green
Since the release of its first collection in 1992, Nomos has never ceased to please with its minimalist designs, nice movements (specifically since it moved to in-house in 2005) and a particular flair for fun and lightness. Fresh, young, very German and at the same time thinking outside the box, the brand has recently made a move towards sportier, bolder designs, moving away from its traditional Bauhaus codes. We’ve seen this with the Club or Ahoi collections, particularly the 42mm Club Sport neomatik date, standing out with its 300m water-resistance, striking dial and steel bracelet. But, in my books, it was (way) too large. Problem solved with the new Nomos Club Sport neomatik 37. And now that it has made it to my wrist, I’m wondering if this could be a perfect Explorer alternative.Looking at this new Club Sport 37mm, another watch immediately came to mind: the classic Explorer 36mm,? one of my all-time favourites. Putting the vintage models aside (mostly the reference
Introducing 3 New Models of Omega Globemaster Annual Calendar
If the Speedmaster and the Seamaster are, without a doubt, the most recognizable watches produced by Omega, the Biel-based brand has far more models to offer. Besides its wide and attractive collection of sports watches, Omega indeed also has more refined, more complex and more luxurious timepieces on offer, whether in the De Ville or the Globemaster collection – the latter being a tribute to the past of the brand and its chronometers. Joining the collection today are three new Omega Globemaster Annual Calendar, available in luxurious metals and in bold colours. The Constellation is one of the most enduring collections of Omega. It even came to life before the legendary Speedmaster. Born in the late 1940s, the Constellation (the family comprising the Globemaster) had always been focused on precision and mechanical refinement, as attested by the presence on the casebacks of a medallion featuring the Observatory of Geneva crowned by a constellation of eight stars. After some discree

Pre-Panerai Radiomir 1940 3 Days Automatic Acciaio PAM00655 (specs & price) - Monochrome Watches
What to say about Panerai if it’s not to talk about its eternal, timeless design that has been the hallmark of the manufacture since its proper commercial introduction in 1997 (the Vend?me-era). A Panerai is a Panerai and will always be recognized as such. Of course there are several collections, the most famous ones being the Radiomir and the Luminor. In-between these two sits the Panerai Radiomir 1940, that mixes vintage feelings with more modern clues. And if you’re looking for a bit of?originality, the SIHH 2016 will have something that tastes a bit different, a watch featuring a white dial and a smaller case (not the most usual features on Panerais). Here is the?Panerai Radiomir 1940 3 Days Automatic Acciaio PAM00655.The new PAM00655 is in fact a watch that we already know in different iterations, with a typically Panerai black Sandwich dial and a smaller, slimmer case: the?Panerai Radiomir 1940 3-Days Automatic with Panerai's First Micro-Rotor Movement. HYT H1 Red2 - Full REVIEW (live photos, specs, price) - Monochrome-Watches
We, at Monochrome-Watches, love independent watchmaking, very unusual displays and audacity of creation. HYT Watches had always been on our radar because it brings everything a young and ‘unchained’ Manufacture should: innovation, boldness, no compromise, unconventionality and that little slice?of craziness that we love. Until recently our experience with the brands and their timepieces were based on?(too) fast hands-on reviews during?exhibitions such as Baselworld?and the likes. It is now time to feel the experience of having an HYT H1 Red2 strapped on the wrist on a daily basis. What is HYT Watches?Although the introduction of the HYT H1 is quite recent (during Baselworld 2012), the idea of?a “water watch” was on Lucien Vouillamoz’ mind since 2002. After a few attempts and more researches, the idea had proved to be utopia, because of?a missing technology. A?few years after,?Lucien Vouillamoz, a former?nuclear engineer with a degree in thermodynamics, deci
