For over 85 years, with the introduction of its first aviation timepiece in 1936, IWC Schaffhausen has been flying high with its pilot's watches. Since then, IWC has been perfecting the functional requirements of the Flieger watch with first-hand feedback from pilots, a crucial factor in developing mil-spec service watches. Recently at?the 74th edition of the Goodwood Member Meeting (#74MM) IWC introduced three new versions of the Ingenieur. The new models are inspired on the iconic vintage Ingenieur ref. 666 and features similar lines and design cues. The new Ingenieur Chronograph Classic models all feature a brand new in-house movement and of course we want to know everything about that. SIHH 2019 - Panerai Submersible 42mm PAM00683 and PAM00959 (Specs & Price)
It looks like 2019 is geared to become the Year of the Submersible watch for Panerai, a rugged professional diver that perpetuates the spirit of the brand's historic role as a supplier of underwater instruments for commandos of the Italian Navy. So far at the SIHH 2019 we've seen two other Submersible novelties - Marina Militare and Luna Rossa –? rigged for action in XXL Carbotech cases.
