MING 18.01 H41 Titanium Dive Watch, And Some Thoughts
Following last year's 18.01 Abyss Concept, a limited run of 10 prototype dive watches, Malaysian-based MING is back with its first production diver that improves on the concept. Steel gives way to titanium, there are a couple of case finishing options and it's even thinner than before, but MING's signature styling remains intact. If you're not familiar with the brand, it's already won in the Horological Revelation category of the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Geneve in only three years of existence, so it's certainly one to watch. The new MING 18.01 H41 expands on the brand's smaller, dressier watch portfolio with a unique, very capable diver. The concept model, the MING 18.01 Abyss, on which the production model presented here is based. The MING 18.01 H41MING recently updated its design language with the aptly named Design Language 2, first used on the 27.01 Ultra Thin dress watch with a more minimalistic approach. Hands-On - New Piaget Altiplano Ultimate Automatic 910P Blue
Even though it was unveiled without much fanfare, Piaget introduced a new 18k white gold version of its Altiplano Ultimate Automatic watch with handsome blue accents during Watches & Wonders 2021. When it was first released in 2018, the Altiplano Ultimate Automatic was the world's thinnest automatic watch with an overall height of 4.30mm, thinner than Bvlgari's 2017 Octo Finissimo (5.15mm). However, Bvlgari's Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Automatic (3.95mm) broke the record-breaking thinness of the Altiplano Ultimate Automatic a couple of months after its debut. Nevertheless, and not diminishing its mechanical prowess, the Altiplano Ultimate Automatic is now the second thinnest automatic watch on the market and boasts very advanced mechanical solutions. With over sixty years of lean machines under its belt, Piaget's approach to movement construction is unprecedented. In the ongoing battle of ultra-thin watches, two names tower above all others: Piaget and Bvlgari. Piaget has the distinc

Now though, the Chronograph 1 becomes part of the regular collec
Piaget Polo FortyFive Two-Tones Perpetual Calendar - The hidden qualities of a sports watch - Monochrome Watches
When Piaget decided to take the legendary Polo out of its precious metal solitude they did a very thorough job. They made the case a contemporary 45mm in diameter, hence its name; Polo FortyFive. To prevent that you need serious muscle in order to wear this watch they made it from titanium.
