Montblanc Collection Villeret 1858 Vintage Chronographe PuristS 10th Edition - Monochrome Watches
Earlier this year many watch brands and independent watchmakers?celebrated the 10th anniversary of watch forum The PuristS Pro by creating special editions. Montblanc created something special in their Manufacture in Villeret. When I visited the Montblanc manufacture in Villeret last year I got to see this special edition, the Montblanc Vintage Chronographe PuristS 10th Edition, or short the Montblanc P10. A manual wind mono-pusher chronograph with an absolutely?gorgeous movement. Now the question arises if the movement is so beautiful that it is serious competition for the Lange und Sohne Double Split? Training Camp With Tudor Pro Cycling And The Special Tudor Team Watch
While road cycling continues to gain popularity in recent years, it’s surprising that relatively few watch brands are affiliated with the sport. One of the field’s most original and exciting initiatives must be credited to Tudor, which has joined Swiss cycling legend Fabian Cancellara to create a new team. Competing for the UCI ProTeam class in the 2023 season, the Tudor Pro Cycling Team is ready to get ahead with serious ambition and humility. MONOCHROME was invited to spend three days in full immersion with the team during their last training camp in Spain to understand how things are getting into gear. And yes, there’s a watch involved too. A special Black Bay Chrono Dark that you, unfortunately, won’t be able to get unless you join the Tudor Pro Cycling team.Cycling is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. Millions of fans watch races like the Tour de France. The competition is intense, with no respite for the riders, and everything can change at a
Bulgari Octo Finissimo Chronograph GMT Automatic Steel/Grey Hands-On
Marking Bulgari‘s fifth record in the arena of ultra-thin models, the Octo Finissimo Chronograph GMT Automatic took home the trophy as the world’s thinnest mechanical chronograph in 2019. With a 6.90mm sandblasted titanium case and a movement just 3.30mm thin, the victor upped the complications and combined its chronograph with a GMT. In 2020, Bulgari introduced a sub-collection within the Octo Finissimo family known as the Octo Finissmo S (s for steel), slightly beefier versions housed in steel cases. The brand’s ultra-thin stopwatch was also given the “S” treatment in 2021 and appeared in a somewhat larger steel case with a blue dial. For 2022, Bulgari proposes another all-steel version with a silver-toned dial that captures the sleek monochromatic look that has become a signature of the Octo Finissimo family. When Bulgari decided to make the Octo Finissimo case more robust and more water-resistant, it created a sportier and more resilient timepiece that

Tudor Black Bay GMT One Master Chronometer Only Watch 2021
When Tudor donates a unique watch to the Only Watch charity auction, the biennial event aimed at raising funds for research on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, it is usually in teasing mode. In 2015,? a unique Tudor Black Bay with a black bezel was presented, which led to the 79220N. Two years later, Tudor created the lefty Black Bay Bronze with a khaki green bezel, and in 2019 a full black, ceramic Black Bay, which gave us the recent BB Ceramic. For this year's edition of the charity event, Tudor comes up with another potential teaser, the Tudor Black Bay GMT One for Only Watch 2021 – at least, regarding the movement…The one-off Black Bay GMT One donated for Only Watch 2021 has a rather unique look in more ways than one. Selecting the extremely popular Black Bay is a no-brainer for Tudor and continues the tradition that started back in 2015. This year's edition sees the Black Bay GMT in an aged steel case, bezel and bracelet. The entire watch has been given a patinated look, i
