This leather and stainless-steel mix by Cartier is the simple and composed look everyone yearns for. The black alligator strap compliments the stainless-steel case with the flamboyant silver opaline dial. The dial has sword-shaped minute and hour hands that point to the rustic blue Roman numerals. These are bordered with a minute track. The analog dial and the Roman numbers give the watch an antique look. The 36.6mm dial is covered by the anti-reflective, scratch resistant sapphire crystal. This Swiss made silver steel watch is one to look for.

Hands-On - Chopard L.U.C Heritage Grand Cru (Specs & Price)
While it is commonly?accepted that watches are mainly round – a shape guided by the way time is indicated by hands – exceptions exist. Shaped-watches are not that usual and if some tried, only a few endured. Mastering shapes is something complex, which requires a bit of talent. This year, Chopard is enlarging its L.U.C Collection (the high-end range of the brand) with a montre de forme or form-watch, based on the barrel idea… And indeed, behind this new?Chopard L.U.C Heritage Grand Cru, there’s a certain wine inspiration – and overall?a handsome watch.BackgroundThere are a few things to know about Chopard. The brand was?founded in 1860, in Sonvilier, by Louis-Ulysse Chopard and was originally known for making ladies’ watches and pocket watches. In 1963, the brand became the property of the?Scheufele family (at that time managed by Karl?Scheufele, a watchmaker from Pforzheim, Germany). This family?have owned the company up to the present day, currentl
Video Review IWC Big Pilot Annual Calendar Petit Prince Steel IW502710
The connection between IWC Schaffhausen and Saint-Exupery's heirs and their charitable organisation, the Antoine de Saint-Exupery Youth Foundation, dates back to 2006. And since then, we've seen multiple editions dedicated to one of the most important characters of literature, Le Petit Prince. While the Saint-Exupery editions are characterised by their warm colours and tobacco brown dials, the Petit Prince models display midnight-blue dials, stylised numerals and a certain vintage vibe. Today, the collection is enlarged with the new Big Pilot Annual Calendar Le Petit Prince IW502710, which is now available in stainless steel. The Annual Calendar complication appeared first at IWC in 2015, within the Portugieser collection. And it has been within the Pilot's Watch range since 2016. But keep in mind that this practical display of the calendar remains sort of a rarity and not many Big Pilot watches have been equipped with this complex movement. We've seen it in the 150-year edition of 2018

Patek Philippe Nautilus Perpetual Calendar 5740G - Baselworld 2018 (Specs & Price)
As surprising as it gets, this is the first time the iconic Nautilus receives such a complicated movement. It already features annual calendars, several chronographs, a weird display on the 5712, but never Genta’s brainchild has been offered with one of Patek’s signature “grande complication” movements, the 240 Perpetual Calendar.?While what made the Nautilus a Nautilus is still present – octagonal case shaped like a porthole, integrated bracelet, horizontally grooved dial – this new?Patek Philippe Nautilus Perpetual Calendar 5740G shows several updates.
