This stunning piece is from the Chopard Dameur Imperiale, Rose Gold/Steel collection. The sculptural play of curves and straight lines on the IMPERIALE watch is expressed in a sophisticated blend of materials. The dial is made in a mother of pearl shade with roman indexes and sticks in rose gold shade and minute hands in the same shade with luminescence. The dial has minute markers as well that mark the seconds' numbering and a date window is placed in between them. The watch has a quartz movement that ensures a smooth run and powerful reserve as well. The case is made n combination of steel and 18k rose gold, and so is the bracelet.

Ulysse Nardin Diver 42mm, The Brand's new Entry-Level Watch (Live Pics, Specs & Pric)
Just a few weeks ago, on the occasion of the Monaco Yacht Show, Ulysse Nardin unveiled its?new Diver Chronometer, a streamlined and cleaner take on the emblematic model. This collection is now complemented with a smaller 42mm model (vs. 44mm for the Diver Chronometer). Most importantly, not only does the diameter change, but this watch will be the new entry-level piece of the brand. For those looking for a Ulysse Nardin watch, the new Diver can be yours for CHF 5,800. Let's take a closer look at the new Ulysse Nardin Diver 42mm.If the design inspiration remains the same, with a concave bezel and a domed sapphire crystal, the new Diver 42mm is not just smaller. This three-hander has a cool neo-vintage look. The uncluttered dial has a pleasant grained texture with a sand-blasted finish and retro-styled beige indications. It also includes a surprising line of text, which actually is the longitude and latitude of Le Locle, Switzerland, the hometown of the brand. As you would expect from a
Introducing the Chopard L.U.C XP Urushi "Year of the Monkey" - Monochrome Watches
Every year, certain brands dedicate some of their watches to special editions, celebrating the Chinese Zodiac signs.?The next Chinese year which begins on February 8th 2016 is to be ascribed to the Monkey (this year was the Sheep) and soon we'll see some watches adorned in every which ways possible with this Zodiac sign on their dials. First to pull the trigger is Chopard, that introduced to us a watch mixing this theme with a superb dial, made by a Japanese?master lacquer artist. Here is the?Chopard L.U.C XP Urushi “Year of the Monkey”.The meaning of the Monkey…?For more than 1,000 years, the monkey of the Chinese zodiac calendar has conveyed positive symbolism. People born in the Year of the Monkey are considered smart, curious and drawn to knowledge. They are cultivated, inventive as well as creative. It is an earth' sign associated with good sense. Stubborn yet charming, the monkey loves to perform for an audience and is endowed with great self-esteem. The monkey
High quality in steel - Ladies only! - Monochrome Watches
The time that a small diameter watch with a row of diamonds was believed to be the perfect women's watch is long gone. A growing number of women in the market for a high end watch are seriously interested in the movement. Quartz is no longer the obvious choice, and a mechanical movement can proof to be a selling point. However, most brands that use high grade mechanical movements still have the tendency to put them in precious metal cases and adorn them with diamonds or other gemstones. A beautiful option for a romantic dinner or a night out in the town, but for the everyday life she might want to opt for something a little more robust. Where can a woman turn to when she wants a good looking, steel watch, without gemstones but with a high-end, preferably in-house, movement that might even feature a complication? Here are 4 watches that do just that!Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph Ladies –?For women with an active life style, or simply a taste for a more sporty watch, Omeg
PHOTO REPORT - Cars-and-Watches with Montblanc at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2017
If you are a regular visitor to our pages, it’s not a stretch to suggest that, like us, you have a sheer passion for all things?related to watches. Yet, as passionate as we are by the watchmaking world, most of us here share a love for something else, and yes, they are mechanical too: cars. Thus, when I received an invite from Montblanc to spend a weekend at this year’s?Goodwood Festival of Speed (Montblanc is, since this year, the official timekeeper of the event), you can imagine that I didn’t have to think twice about. The Goodwood FoS is unique, loud, great fun and absolutely overwhelming. Here is a photo report of the 2017 edition of the FoS – and no worries, there are watches too…What is Goodwood Festival of Speed?Everything that happens at Goodwood results from the dream of one man, Charles Gordon-Lennox, known in the automotive world as Lord March. As a young aristocrat, March was living the life of a London-playboy, passionate about photography an
Introducing: The Rado True Square Open Heart Chess Limited Editions
Rado is renowned for its pioneering use of scratch-resistant materials, starting with its 1962 DiaStar watch with a tungsten carbide case and culminating with its extensive use of high-tech ceramic since 1986. The brand is also synonymous with contemporary design-led watches like the True Square family launched in 2020 with its square high-tech ceramic case and bracelet. The Open Heart, or openworked version of the True Square, returns in eye-catching two-tone black and white ceramic cases with a sprinkling of black and white diamonds to indicate the passing hours.?Although Rado now produces coloured high-tech ceramic watches, the brand's first ceramic watches stuck to a black or white palette. Marking the first bicolour references for Rado, one of the references has a black high-tech ceramic monobloc case and crown and a black bracelet with alternating black and white links. The second reference reverses the formula and has a white ceramic case and bracelet with black links.
