Chopard is an official exquisite timepiece and pays homage to the Mille Miglia race. This is a self-winding watch made from stainless steel and showcases the beauty of classic cars with its elegant curves. The sapphire crystal dome of this watch keeps this watch protected, and the silver dial takes inspiration from vintage car bodies. The rubber strap of this watch keeps it in place and adds the final touch of classiness.

HYT introduces the H2 - the Hydro Mechanical Watch gets an even more exiting Successor - Monochrome Watches
After HYT put the horological world upside down with the introduction of their H1, and seduced all of us with this hydromechanical wonder, they are now launching the follow-up, named H2.The H2 was created in cooperation with Audemars Piguet’s technical wizards of the design subsidiary Renaud et Papi, who also collaborated with Gronefeld to create their magnificent One Hertz. The H2, which is limited to just 50 pieces, and is a logical evolution, after the H1. It exposes everything it’s got on the dial, for us to admire. Ad - Scroll to continue with article I think I’ve not seen so many enthusiastic reactions on any watch launch before, so now the path of the combinations of fluids and mechanics in a timepiece has been paved, it’s the difficult task of the H2 to seduce horological connoisseurs again. And that shouldn’t be a problem,
Spotted - The Watches of Dutch King Willem-Alexander on Koningsdag
April 27th in the Netherlands is Koningsdag or King’s Day. It is a national holiday and celebrates the birth of King Willem-Alexander who was born on 27 April 1967 to Princess Beatrix and diplomat Claus van Amsberg. He became Prince of Orange when his mother became Queen of the Netherlands on 30 April 1980. Willem-Alexander became King in 2013 after Queen Beatrix abdicated. The King is married to M¨¢xima Zorreguieta Cerruti, who is now Queen consort and they have three daughters. And because MONOCHROME has Dutch roots (doesn’t it, Frank Geelen?), we thought it would be a good time to look at the wristwatches of the King, as he owns a few interesting pieces. The first watch spotted on King Willem-Alexander’s wrist is a stainless-steel Datejust on a jubilee bracelet, with a blue dial. A classic timepiece that works well with formal and casual attire. Willem-Alexander wore this watch when he got married in February 2002.? Ad - Scroll to continue with article
Patek Philippe Aquanaut Chronograph 5968A - Baselworld 2018 - Hands-on, Specs & Price
Patek Philippe continues to surprise us at this 2018 edition of Baselworld. After a rather unexpected perpetual calendar on the Nautilus, the brand now has a chronograph version of the Aquanaut – a first since the introduction of the model in 1997. And there’s more as the?Aquanaut Chronograph 5968A comes with bold touches of colour on the dial and the strap. Like or not, but Patek is moving forward. The Aquanaut was the first Patek to be purpose-built for an active life, for sports and for aquatic purposes. It’s not that the Nautilus was ever considered a dress watch, but it was more of a mix between elegance and sports. The Aquanaut has never hidden its raison d’¨ºtre. It was even the first Patek to feature a rubber strap – and in 1997, that was pretty rare. For the first time in its history, this modern icon receives a chronograph, alongside the two other existing versions – the time-and-date and the travel time models. Ad - Scroll to cont
Introducing: The Roger Dubuis Excalibur Grande Complication
Roger Dubuis celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, a milestone that calls for a look back at its remarkable journey. While the brand's history may not be long, it is undeniably rich and eventful. Today, however, the focus is on the latest revelation at Watches and Wonders Geneva: the Excalibur Grande Complication. This new timepiece is the second of its kind in Roger Dubuis' portfolio. The first debuted in 2009, shortly after the brand joined the Richemont Group, featuring an in-house grand complication calibre that combined an instantaneous in-line perpetual calendar, a minute repeater, a flying tourbillon, a moon phase display, a dual-time function, and dual micro-rotors. The latest iteration retains the signature Excalibur case and core complications – perpetual calendar, minute repeater, and tourbillon – while introducing a few changes, and the watch comes just as powerful, even though, strictly speaking, it isn’t a grande complication (which traditionally mea
Introducing: Vacheron Constantin Overseas Tourbillon High Jewellery
With the festive season just around the corner, Vacheron Constantin lights up its Overseas Tourbillon with a blaze of baguette-set diamonds. First introduced to the brand's successful luxury sports Overseas collection in 2019, the Tourbillon model boasts a slim profile thanks to the incorporation of Vacheron Constantin's ultra-thin tourbillon calibre 2160. The latest Overseas Tourbillon marks a first for the collection, combining a white gold case with a signature blue dial and an opulent setting of 85 baguette-cut diamonds on the bezel, dial, and buckle.Although the Overseas Tourbillon has appeared in rose gold, this is the first time it materialises in white gold. With a diameter of 42.5mm and a thickness of 10.39mm, the white gold case has a soft iron casing ring to protect the movement from magnetism and a screw-down crown to ensure the 50m water-resistance. The juxtaposition of geometric shapes gives the case its dynamic, sporty temperament, and the signature six-sided bezel, usua
