Luxury Watches |
Suffice it to say that the name Spirit of Liberty speaks for itself. One can safely assume that this timepiece was designed to celebrate liberty. The quote, ¡®Without Liberty, life is misery' is engraved across the strap of the wristwatch. The dial houses twelve rose gold triangular markers. The wristwatch has a power reserve of eighty hours approximately and is decorated using twenty-five jewels which elevates the beauty and grace of the timepiece.

Buying Guide - The best luxury sports watch of 2022
Few trends have seen such a strong surge in popularity as the luxury sports watch over this past year. Or rather, past years, as demand has skyrocketed for several of the usual suspects for much longer than just these 12 months. But with soaring demands, people have slowly begun shifting focus to less obvious choices as there are plenty of alternatives around. And although it’s hard to ignore watches like the Royal Oak (which we simply couldn’t, sorry) or the Nautilus, we wholeheartedly feel there have been a few extremely nice, surprising entries to the market! So with that in mind, here is our selection of the best Luxury Sports Watches presented in 2022.Note: please share your favourite luxury sports watches of 2022 in the comment section at the end of this article.Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda PF Automatic 36mmThe elegant Tonda PF range by Parmigiani Fleurier was a really pleasant surprise when it was launched last year. And through an impressive number of well-balanced, re
Hands-On - The Vacheron Constantin Fiftysix Sepia Brown Collection
The launch of Vacheron's Fiftysix collection in 2018 was a surprise for many of us, marking a clear separation from the brand’s classic collections. Originally positioned as an entry-level collection to attract a younger generation of clients, the Fiftysix touted an automatic three-hand model in steel with an accessible' price tag of EUR 11,000. Although the notion of Vacheron Constantin producing an affordable' watch is at odds with the brand's venerable reputation for Haute Horlogerie, the idea was to seduce a younger, trendier customer. How? By jumping on the ever-so-trendy retro bandwagon and revisiting a 1956 model in a contemporary key. Distilling a fashionable retro-contemporary vibe, the Fiftysix has appeared as a complete calendar, a tourbillon, and a day/date.Having experimented with silver and blue dials, Vacheron decided to produce a rich, warm brown colour to offset the luxurious appeal of 18k pink gold. Last April, two 40mm pink gold boutique-exclusive models with s

Watches and Formula 1 - Episode 4 - TAG Heuer & Red Bull
Let's be honest, this past season of Formula 1 was not the most exciting between the usual suspects up front, just like the last three seasons have basically seen one team dominate the whole year. The battle within that team however was particularly exciting, right down to the final meters of the final lap of the final race. Amidst all that internal drama however a few teams and driver's still managed to steal the absolute show! The talk of the town and the team and driver on everyone's mind: Red Bull Racing and Max Verstappen! This young Dutchman surprised everyone by pulling off a seemingly impossible achievement; becoming the youngest-ever Grand Prix winner. Along with his teammate, he was the only driver outside of Mercedes this season to clinch a victory, doing things on the track that no one has ever seen before! All of that is here to remind us about the partnership that goes along: TAG Heuer and Red Bull Racing - and the long history of Heuer into F1 timekeeping.Personal opinio
Hands-on with the new Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic True Second and Universal Time (Photos, Specs & Price) - Monochrome Watches
Last year Jaeger-LeCoultre introduced the Geophysic 1958 in three limited editions, and today the Maison returns?with four new models of the Geophysic collection. The limited editions of last year have all been sold out (rather quick!) and while nobody had foreseen that JLC would turn the Geophysic into a new collection, that’s exactly what they did. And they added some interesting horological content to this new collection, which?somehow perfectly fits the bill. Shortly before the official release, we had the chance to get some hands-on experience. Let’s have a closer look at the Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic True Second and Geophysic Universal Time. The Geophysic 1958 was heavily inspired on the original vintage models – or we could say a reissue that’s very true to its origin. Like it’s ancestor it sported similar tool-watch features, like a soft-iron inner case to protect the movement from magnetic radiation. We covered the Geophysic’s history (and l
