This H42415102 comes from the Spirit of Liberty collection by Hamilton. It has a ravishing silver dial with leaf-style shape hands that has an appealing rose gold-tone appearance. So, this dial is made with the utmost creativity. The dial is covered with a sapphire crystal with scratch-resistant properties. Also, this design has the ability to withstand water up to 50 meters. How amazing, right? There is a Hamilton caliber H-10 with automatic movements and a power reserve of 80 hours to ensure reliable performance.

Watch of the Year 2017 with CH24.pl and the Special Jury Prize for #SpeedyTuesday - Monochrome Watches
For several years I've been a member of the jury of the Watch Of The Year in Poland, organised by our friends of CH24.pl. Last week was the gala award ceremony, as per usual held in the beautiful?Sobanski's Palace in Warsaw. Last year we celebrated the many prize winner, and especially the Gronefeld brothers who won no less than two prizes! This year the Special Jury Award went to a fellow Dutchman and that's #SpeedyTuesday founder Robert-Jan Broer.?This year was already the eight edition of the Polish Watch Of The Year,?always with a transparent set of rules and an international jury. While this might not be the Grand Prix de Horlogerie de Geneva (GPHG), one should not underestimate the importance of this award, as it is certainly a good indication of the most important watches of the year. This year no less than 60 timepieces had been pre-selected, in six different categories, and over 12,000 casted their votes for the Public Prize category! Ad - Scroll to continue with ar
Hands-On Review of the Zenith El Primero 410 Triple Calendar and MoonPhase Chronograph (live pics, specs & price) - Monochrome-Watches
Admittedly, calendar watches are convenient, especially when it comes to full calendars (the one that display the day, the date and the month). In a glance, it allows you to have a look at all the calendar datas. So, when you mix it with an icon like the Zenith El Primero?(yes it is, both the movement and the watch that includes it), with an inspired look and a great quality, it brings you quite a package (something we were sure about at the time of its introduction). This watch has a name, the?Zenith El Primero 410 Triple Calendar and MoonPhase Chronograph and we had it for a while on the wrist. Hands-on review.A sporty, balanced elegance can define Zenith El Primero 410 Triple Calendar and MoonPhase Chronograph. It’s not our first time with this watch, as we’ve already covered it in 2014 when Zenith presents it to the public and we’ve been briefly?touching it, in a blue dial edition, at Baselworld 2015. However, you know the truth for a long time now: nothing is com
The 2021 Edition of the Chopard L.U.C. XP Skeletec - Hands-On, Price
Twenty-five years ago, under the guidance of Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, Chopard gave birth to the L.U.C. collection, coincidentally with the opening of a state-of-the-art manufacture. The inauguration of the Chopard Manufacture in Fleurier opened up the possibilities to explore new territories, through in-house movements, as well as restoring traditional techniques. One of the best examples of this savoir-faire is perhaps the Chopard L.U.C. XP Skeletec. Ultra-thin and beautifully proportioned, the brand has just introduced a new design for this watch, and we go hands-on with it.The first L.U.C. XP Skeletec was introduced in 2012 and was an ultra-thin, self-winding watch measuring only 7.2mm in height. As such, it portrayed perfectly the traits of the Chopard L.U.C. family. Technical, beautifully finished, compact and elegant. New for this year is a reinterpretation of the XP Skeletec concept, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of the L.U.C. collection. We've recently seen the stainles
Longines Column-Wheel Single Push-Piece Chronograph 180th Anniversary REVIEWED - Monochrome Watches
Over the past years Longines has released quite a few historically inspired timepieces like the Lindbergh Hour Angle Watch and the Weems Second-Setting Watch, which both featured in our History of the Pilot’s Watch part IV. But Longines didn’t stop there. They do have a very rich and long history, meaning many important timepieces from the past that easily qualify for a re-issue. Today we’re gonna have a look at the Longines Column-Wheel Single Push-Piece Chronograph that was released in celebration of the 180th anniversary of the brand.Today Longines is not only known for their rich history, but also for the ‘affordable luxury’ they create. I cannot think of another brand that has so much, including in-house movements, and prices them in the range from roughly € 1.000 Euro to 6 or 7k Euro for a full gold timepiece with an in-house column wheel chronograph. If that isn’t impressive! For this review Longines lend us a very special piece that was intro
