The Hublot 511.NO.1181.LR is a classic fusion 45 watch. It comes with a matte black dial with rose gold stick-type indexes. The dial also features a date section. It is an ideal luxury watch. The watch is encased in titanium which accounts for the durability and the fine finish of the framework. The sapphire crystals make the glass remain free from scratches and reflection. The caliber of the watch is promising; it is automatic, and the reserve may last up to 42 hours in total.

First Look: The 38mm Hublot Big Bang Integrated Time Only Collection
Following decades of Big Bang domination in extravagant, angular cases in all shapes and sizes, in 2020, Hublot introduced its first Big Bang with a fully integrated metal bracelet. Known as the Big Bang Integrated because of its integrated bracelet and materials, we’ve already seen?40mm cases with openworked dials, and time-and-date displays. Going back to its roots, the latest Big Bang Integrated sub-collection debuts in a more compact, unisex 38mm case with closed dials, represented by six models in titanium, King Gold and ceramic.Described by CEO Ricardo Guadalupe as a “classic”, the Big Bang Integrated 38mm is closer in spirit to the Classic Fusion forefather that put Hublot on the map in the mid-1980s and inspired the birth of the Big Bang in 2005. While its dimensions are more compact, the Big Bang Integrated is still a Big Bang through and through with its resilient 100m water-resistant case, its rubber composite insert sandwiched between the case middle and b
IWC Also Joins the Smart Device Race with IWC Connect - UPDATED - Monochrome Watches
When opening my mailbox this morning, a new press release from IWC just came in. After opening that press release, the one and only thought I had was “WHY?”. Well, the BIG news is that IWC is also going to join the connected / smart watch race. They choose to do that with a ‘connected device’ that has been baptized IWC Connect, which will be integrated into the straps of IWC (sports) watches. Sometime later this year IWC will announce more information, however it’s certain that they will start with the Big Pilot’s Watch. – THIS ARTICLE HAS BEEN UPDATED (at the end) WITH NEW INFO FROM IWC –Let’s be clear about this, high-end watchmaking and SMART watches have nothing in common, zero, nada, niente (that’s Spanish/Portuguese and Italian). Well, except the fact that both can be worn on the wrist and indicate time, but that’s it. High-end watchmaking is all about the beauty of, well, high-end watchmaking. Think: bridges with
Longines Heritage Classic Tuxedo Small Seconds - Review, Price
Longines' archive is the envy of many watchmaking brands, a rich source of material to furnish the highly popular and ever-expanding Heritage collection. Earlier this year, Longines produced two Heritage Classic Tuxedo models that stole our hearts with their stylish two-tone, black-tie looks. We've reviewed the Classic Tuxedo Chronograph, so now we'll take a closer look at the less complex, but perhaps even more attractive three-hand Classic Tuxedo Small Seconds.?Design SourceWith its 188-year history, Longines will never be short of vintage models to inspire re-editions in its Heritage collection. This year alone we've seen the bronze Legend Diver, the Avigation Type A-7 1935 and even the?Military Marine Nationale join the Heritage Collection. However, if given a choice, I would choose the Classic Tuxedo Small Seconds without a second thought. Based on a 1945 two-tone model from its archives, the Tuxedo Small Seconds is actually closer in spirit to an Art Deco design. Ad -
Bernhard Lederer Central Impulse Chronometer - Hands-On, Price
It has been quite a while since we’ve heard from independent German watchmaker, Bernhard Lederer. One of the first members of the AHCI (Academie Horlogere des Createurs Independants), Lederer established a reputation with several disruptive horological concepts. In 2002, he launched the brand BLU (Bernhard Lederer et son Univers). Now based in Saint-Blaise, on the outskirts of Neuchatel, Bernhard Lederer works behind the scenes for some of the greatest names in the industry. And now, he is back with a series of chronometer watches dubbed “Tribute to the Masters of Escapements”. To kick off this collection, tribute is paid to one of the greatest watchmakers of the 20th century, Georges Daniels. Meet the Bernhard Lederer Central Impulse Chronometer regulated by a natural escapement with two independent gear trains and two remontoirs d'egalite! The essence of watchmakingThe escapement is one of the most critical parts of a watch, the brain of the movement, or the heart as
