Luxury Watches |
Celebrate the women in your life by giving them this extravagant feminine timepiece. IWC's 2954 has a double sided hot pink (in the front), and neon orange (at the back) alligator strap, the diamond-studded bezel, the designers stayed true to the theme of femininity. The silver bezel mixes quite beautifully with the milky white dial base which houses rose gold shaded hour markers and hands. Designed specifically for the feminine wrists, it combines the purist design with a distinct note of luxury. With the power reserve of forty-two hours, the timepiece is a must for any lady who is chic, feminine, and a pink lover.

Hands-On 2021 A. Lange & Sohne Cabaret Tourbillon Handwerkskunst
In 1997, A. Lange & Sohne introduced the Cabaret. A very unlikely name given the brand's august Saxon spirit, the Cabaret was also Lange's first rectangular watch since its rebirth in 1994. Not to be mistaken with the Arkade, which formed part of the quartet of watches that marked the brand’s revival, the Cabaret had a distinctive Art Deco spirit. The most spectacular and complicated version of the Cabaret was the Tourbillon edition that went out of production in 2013. Today, collectors can celebrate with the return of this limited 30-piece edition of the Cabaret Tourbillon in a gleaming 950 platinum case. As Lange's seventh model in its hyper-exclusive Handwerkskunst collection, the finishings are of the highest order. However, before looking at the rich details and unique rectangular movement with stop-seconds for the tourbillon, a few words explaining its genesis might help.Life is a CabaretAlthough it is hard to conceive a rectangular watch in Lange's line-up of round wat

Sometimes it’s immediately obvious when?I see a photo, that it is a perfect Weekly Watch Photo. This week impressive macro photos of?the equally impressive movement of the A Lange und Sohne Double Split. I was doing some catching up at the?A. Lange und Sohne forum on Timezone, when I stumbled across this photo. Or actually I should say these photos in plural. Member Andreas Eck made a series of macro photos of the movement of the Lange und Sohne Double Split. Some say it is?perhaps the most beautiful movement in the world… Ad - Scroll to continue with article The photo above is the first of a set of 18 photo, of which every next photo is getting closer and closer to the gears, in gold chaton set jewels, the perfect hand beveled levers and blued screws. Montblanc Star Legacy Orbis Terrarum Gold Limited Edition - Review
Back in 2014, Montblanc introduced the Heritage Spirit Orbis Terrarum Worldtimer, which brought an accessible price to a traditionally expensive complication. World timers are often the darlings of Vacheron Constantin, Patek Philippe and the like, but Montblanc helped usher in more affordable options along with Frederique Constant and a handful of others. The new Star Legacy Orbis Terrarum heads north on the price with a limited edition 18k rose gold case and accents but offers a stunning overall package without an astronomical price. Larger than before and with a monochromatic colour palette, Montblanc's latest limited piece is a solid entry into luxury world timers.?BackgroundWorld time was established in 1884 (24 time zones) and it took some time for watchmakers to develop a complication to accommodate world travellers. Swiss watchmaker Louis Cottier created the first mechanism to display world time in 1930 and Vacheron Constantin capitalised on this in 1932 with a pocket watch. It
Montblanc TimeWalker Pythagore Ultra-Light Concept, one of the lightest mechanical timepieces (just under 15 grams!) - Monochrome Watches
When introduced, the?TimeWalker collection by Montblanc was a modern and urban line of watches, characterized mainly by its sculptural lugs – see here. However, overall, the watches remained rather classical and clean – like this one. Since a year or two, the collection has greatly evolved, bringing a much bolder and much more technical look and feel. Montblanc showed us last year the?TimeWalker ExoTourbillon Minute Chronograph LE100, mixing angular shapes, carbon fiber case and super-technical movement. This year, the collection welcomes a new member, again?surprising and far from being classical; the?Montblanc TimeWalker Pythagore Ultra-Light Concept, with a superb skeletonized Minerva movement – and boys and girls, it’s just under 15 grams and thus one?of the lightest mechanical timepieces in the world…15 grams… That’s the average weight of a letter (an envelope with 1 sheet of paper inside), the weight of 1 tablespoon of sugar or the weight
Panerai Luminor Marina DMLS Titanium 44mm PAM1662 (Specs & Price)
For several years, Panerai has relied on its R&D ‘Laboratorio di Idee’ to advance its commitment to innovation. In this respect, the brand’s research in the field of high-tech material is next to none. Among the latest additions to the Luminor family is a cool, stealth monochrome edition combining innovative materials and manufacturing technologies. Meet the Panerai Luminor Marina DMLS Titanium 44mm PAM1662.The new Panerai Luminor Marina PAM1662 combines high-tech features with a stealthy, sporty profile. Its case mixes DMLS Titanium and Carbotech? (a combo used for Lo Scienziato). Light and resistant, DMLS Titanium is manufactured by Direct Metal Laser Sintering, a 3D-printing technology involving the layer-by-layer sedimentation of metal powder. In short, a laser is used to partially melt particles so they adhere together. In general, additive manufacturing is used by watchmakers for modelling and prototyping. The serial production of watch cases is certainly un
