The HydroConquest L38414566 by Longines has quiet a bold design. It features quite a classic color combination of black and silver that adds grace to the timepiece. The dial of the watch is black and has a sunray finish to it. It is set with Arabic numerals and index markers, both of which are silver. The hands of the watch are also silver and have a polished finish to them. As for the bracelet, it is made from stainless steel and has a double safety folding clasp.

Several weeks ago we wrote about this very nice Habring2 monopusher chronograph that we, here at MONOCHROME, liked a lot. It was a limited edition from the Japanese retailer Shellman, and this particular one was for sale as a pre-owned watch. At some point in the process of designing our own Montre de Souscription with Habring2, we had also seen that Shellman edition, and oh did we like it! A couple of months ago, Blancpain & Swatch caused quite a storm by presenting their collaboration based on the iconic Blancpain Fifty Fathoms. Following the success of the Moonswatch with Omega, the Scuba Fifty Fathoms captured the spirit of the legendary dive watch in bioceramic, a lightweight material that came in five different colours.
