This particular Omega watch is drowned in silver. The dial is sturdy and bulky looking with the date of the month mentioned at 3 o' clock. The numerals are replaced by silver rectangular bars which give shine and personality to the wristwatch. A great amount of detail and designing has gone into this gem of a piece. The dial has a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The Roman numerals are present outside of the crystal dome giving the watch the extra elegance.

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Diver Khaki - Hands-On, Price
You are all familiar with the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Diver, a piece that has been in the ROO collection since 2010 designed for action men who want a robust companion for their extreme sports/lifestyle. What was once considered a big bad boy watch back in 1993 has now settled down and even its dimensions have become the accepted norm for sports watches. Every so often, AP refreshes its diver with new colour combinations. Today we'll be looking at the khaki Royal Oak Offshore Diver unveiled along with three other models in 2018.The Genesis of the Royal Oak OffshoreIt's hard to be the descendant of a living legend. I can only imagine 22-year-old Emmanuel Gueit's look of shock when Stephen Urquhart, then joint managing director of Audemars Piguet, gave him a brief in 1989 to design a new version of the Royal Oak that would attract a younger crowd. The original idea was to launch the watch in 1992 to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the Royal Oak. Without revisiting the mu
Recap: The Best Pilots Watches Of 2024
The Pilot’s Watch has always been one of the most popular types of watches, and for good reason. The utilitarian nature of the aviator watch lends itself perfectly to everyday life, thanks to excellent legibility (often), striking looks and robust construction. This year is no exception, as plenty of very cool new pilot watches entered the market. But which are the best ones? And do we see some new and unexpected entries takeover from established pilot’s watches? We’ve put our heads together to mull over what we think are the best Pilot’s Watches of 2024, and it’s a wonderful mix of bld and new!Albishorn Type 10 ChronographFirst up is an unexpected newcomer, the Albishorn Type 10 Chronograph. This fledgling independent watchmaker is headed by Sebastien Chaulmontet, a chronograph specialist and Head of Innovation and Marketing for Sellita. Anonimo Nautilo Bronze Blue Redesigned - Baselworld 2017 Review (Specs & Price)
Anonimo is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, marking the date that Dino Zei and Federico Massacesi used the remains of the famous Florentine origins of Panerai to build a new brand following their move to Switzerland. The focus was to offer robust, nautical inspired watches with Italian design as their core. Over the years, the brand that doesn't say its name has built quite a name for itself, recently unveiling some cool new additions to the 2017 collection. Not only is there the 20th Anniversary Militare Vintage Edition, but also some new additions to the Nautilo range. The Nautilo is not new of course, as it has been in the collection since 2006. Although the design has changed over the years, the cushion shaped case and crown at 4 still remain as a nod to the original. Anonimo offers the Nautilo in a wide range of colors and strap combinations, and also in bronze of course. We reviewed the previous Nautilo Bronze back in 2015 and now show you the new variation of the dive
The Corum Admiral 38 Automatic Swings It Both Ways - Monochrome Watches
In our politically correct world, attributing gender to watches is ever so passe (or is it passee?) Have you noticed how many brands are now trumpeting unisex' as an all-embracing category for watches that glide under the 40mm marker? Corum has jumped on this bandwagon with its signature Admiral watch, now proposed in a unisex 38mm case. The Admiral Automatic we've singled out for coverage today comes in a black PVD titanium case with golden accents and an automatic movement.Compact is inAs our regular readers know, MONOCHROME is a staunch supporter of the current trend for downsizing diameters. We've covered a wide range of models, including a Tudor Pelagos, that embrace smaller dimensions. Compact watches are, as you can appreciate from our coverage, a trend, making those hockey-puck-sized models that were all the rage look like dusty fossils in an archaeological museum.High SeasMost of us associate Corum with the spectacular Golden Bridge (1980), a beautiful suspended linear movemen
