The Omega 131.20.28.60.58.001 is a luxurious ladies' watch from the Constellation Manhattan collection. The watch is known for the tiny constellation star that is placed above the 6 o'clock position on the dial. The indexes are specifically made with diamonds to look brighter and nicer on the yellow-gold dial base. The bezel is also made in the same material and has Roman numerals on it.
