The Omega 210.20.44.51.03.001 is a bold design from the Seamaster Diver 300 M CoAxial Master collection. This watch has a blue colored dial with laser waves that are engraved. The indexes are dot-shaped and filled with Super-LumiNova. The case is made with steel in combination with yellow gold as well. The glass has scratch-resistant sapphire crystals that provide it an anti-reflective surface as well. The back is made sleekly in a transparent design. The caliber of this watch is self-winding, and the reserve can easily last up to 60 hours in total.

Collector's Series - Gavin Douglas And His Custom Habring2 Chrono-Felix
Today’s instalment of The Collector’s Series focuses on a watch that might look familiar. Several weeks ago we wrote about this very nice Habring2 monopusher chronograph that we, here at MONOCHROME, liked a lot. It was a limited edition from the Japanese retailer Shellman, and this particular one was for sale as a pre-owned watch. At some point in the process of designing our own Montre de Souscription with Habring2, we had also seen that Shellman edition, and oh did we like it! Since the launch of our collaboration with Maria and Richard Habring was planned for last week, Gavin kindly agreed to postpone his interview in the Collector’s Series until after the launch of our Montre de Souscription. Of course, I’m head over heels in love with ‘our’ Habring2, but Gavin’s version with a similar dial as the Shellman edition is just drop-dead gorgeous!?Frank Geelen, MONOCHROME – Do you remember when you first laid eyes on this Austrian brand?Gav
H. Moser & Cie. Heritage Bucherer Blue Editions (Specs & Price)
Bucherer certainly has some impact on brands and is powerful enough to have them creating some purpose-designed watches, exclusive to its stores. These watches are named the “Bucherer Blue Editions” and many watch brands already participated (Tudor, IWC, Blancpain and?more). All of them share a unique colour for the dial; blue. While H. Moser already participated in this concept, this time the brand decided to go in a different direction. Not only these 2 new “Moser x?Bucherer Blue Editions” aren’t blue (at least for?their dials) but Moser also introduces a brand new watch, totally different from the brand’s previous creations; the?Heritage – a surprising retro-styled pilot’s watch. The Moser Endeavour Diamonds Bucherer Blue EditionsBefore we move to the watch that will mostly draw your attention, it is to be noted that H. Moser & Cie. has created another piece for Bucherer, a ladies-oriented version of the?Endeavour, with a 38mm stain
Introducing: Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Dark Grey GMT
Without a doubt the most contemporary collection of dive watches by Omega, the Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M is a strong model devoted to performance, mixing luxurious elements with all the necessary features you’ll need in a deep dive watch. This highly modern intention, which separates it from the classic Diver 300M or the vintage-inspired Seamaster 300, is mostly seen in the use of innovative materials. The collection now expands with the use of an unprecedented type of ceramic, a.k.a silicon nitride ceramic [Si3N4], resulting in the introduction of this light, robust, bold and monochromatic Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Dark Grey GMT.While at first identical in design and features to the Planet Ocean Deep Black, already an oversized ceramic diver with additional GMT complication, the new Planet Ocean Dark Grey introduces a new compound for its case and other elements of the habillage, a ceramic known as silicon nitride ceramic or Si3N4. It is the first time this specific ceramic
The Hand-Wound Omega Speedmaster 57 40.5mm
I know… The title is voluntarily a bit provocative. In the world of watches, it’ll be hard to forget about the Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch. It simply is one of the most emblematic and historically-important watches ever made by Omega, and by extension, the whole industry. And the latest version of the Moonwatch, the Master Chronometer Calibre 3861, is one of the best chronographs on the market. Period! However, not everybody will be attracted by this watch. Without denying the qualities of the classic Speedy, there are multiple reasons for someone to prefer something else, something different, something less consensual. Enters the Hand-Wound Omega Speedmaster 57 Chronograph Co-Axial Master Chronometer 40.5mm. And if it has the name Speedmaster printed on its dial, it certainly is a completely different take on the collection and one that has serious arguments too.The Speedmaster in its most classic version, the Moonwatch ProfessionalFor many decades now, the Speedmas
Hands-On Rado Captain Cook High-Tech Plasma Ceramic (Specs & Price)
The Captain Cook is probably one of Rado's most iconic models. Named after the British explorer, it was originally released in 1962. The 37mm, 200m water-resistant timepiece was a solid attempt from Rado to tap into the trend for dive watches. Since it was relaunched in 2017, several vintage-inspired Captain Cooks have been released. However, in 2021, the brand has decided to venture into new territories injecting one of its key areas of expertise into the model: ceramic cases. And today we take a closer look at the Captain Cook High-Tech Plasma Ceramic with its surprising metallic colour and blue accents.Old and new, together (here, the Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic in black edition)Although Rado had already used ceramic for the bezel of its signature dive watch, it is the first time that the brand's expertise in working with ceramic is applied to the entire Captain Cook.? As you would expect, it mixes emblematic elements from the past with modern design cues. If you are used to what
