Luxury Watches |
Combination watches are always the right choice. Oris Diver Sixty-Five model is an exceptionally magnificent and fantastic watch. The tang buckle clasp goes well with the entire construction. The stainless steel case of Sixty-Five gives it a classy look. The window of the date is positioned at 6 o'clock. The inner dial looks extremely graceful as it is in the tones of blue and black. Also, the dial is protected by a scratch-resistant crystal.

Hands-On With The New & Elegant IWC Portofino Perpetual Calendar
As a brand associated with pilot’s watches and the much-loved Portugieser, IWC‘s stylish yet understated unisex Portofino family is often overlooked. By the look of things, though, IWC is addressing this somewhat neglected collection by introducing new, more complicated models, including a pointer date, a complete calendar and a chronograph. Unveiled at the end of last year, the Portofino was fitted with IWC’s perpetual calendar module developed by former head watchmaker Kurt Klaus. Housed in a compact 40mm stainless steel case (there is also a gold edition), the brand has hit a soft spot with the more restrained diameter, which is currently the smallest perpetual calendar in the brand’s collections.Simple caseLaunched in 1984, the Portofino’s clean, classical looks have earned the collection the much sought-after distinction of timelessness. The minimalist round case design of the Portofino can trace its lineage to the 1970s when IWC made a pocket watch b
Omega Speedmaster History Part 1 - the early pre-moons
Fasten your seatbelt and take a ride with us into the past! In this 3-part story, we will try to show you the most important pieces of the huge?Omega Speedmaster?collection. We had the chance to handle the watches from the Omega Museum (that were presented in the Parisian Boutique during a special event), all fully original or even prototypes of one of the most important chronographs ever made. To start the journey, we’re going to cover the 1957-1969 period, also known as the pre-moon times.Historical Background – NASA testingEven if it is now known as the Moonwatch', the Omega Speedmaster wasn't developed with this idea in mind. Back in 1957, it was part of the “Professional” collection, alongside the Seamaster 300 and the Railmaster. The Speedy' was introduced as a racing and sports chronograph, complementing Omega's position as the official timekeeper for the Olympic Games. Such a watch was a useful tool, with its 1/5th of a second chronograph. Keep in mind t
Unique FP Journe Tourbillon Souverain Bleu in tantalum for Only Watch 2015 - Monochrome-Watches
Amongst the 43 unique watches that Only Watch 2015 will auction, we’ve already seen quite a few interesting ones (yes, that’s an understatement…). Whether it’s the superb Laurent Ferrier Sector Dial, the Voutilainen GMT-6 or the future record-breaker Patek Philippe 5016A, all the watches we’ve seen so far are stunning and highly desirable (meaning possible huge prices reached). Another brand just announced its participation and, again, it’s a stunner. Here is the Only Watch 2015?FP Journe Tourbillon Souverain with a?blue chrome?dial and a tantalum?case. This new iteration by FP Journe that will be proposed for Only Watch 2015 is?again relying on a non-precious material. It's seems to be frequent nowadays?for brands that create unique or very limited editions to come with the most complicated watches possible, with a high-end level of finishing?but with a low-end material for the case (stainless steel or titanium) instead of their usual platinum or gol
Panerai Luminor GMT Bucherer BLUE - PAM01176
Bucherer BLUE is a unique lifestyle collection created by leading retailer Bucherer, working with selected partners both inside and outside the industry. No fewer than 44 special editions have been unveiled to date. Bucherer already teamed up with Panerai with three limited editions presented since the launch of the concept in 2016, including the Panerai Luminor Marina Titanio/DLC Bucherer BLUE in 2019. Here comes the fourth chapter of this long-standing collaboration, the Panerai Luminor GMT Bucherer BLUE, reference PAM01176.Based on the classic Luminor GMT, this new Bucherer BLUE limited-edition depicts a black-on-black scheme – for the case, dial and strap – highlighted by the retailer's signature blue accents. With the classic proportion and shape of the model, the 44mm matte black ceramic case stands out with its rubberized blue crown; the small seconds hand, the tip of the GMT hand and the strap stitching also come in blue. Last but not least, the Super-LumiNova coati
Vacheron Constantin Overseas Tourbillon in 18k Rose Gold
Back in 2019, Vacheron Constantin introduced a tourbillon to the Overseas collection. Its stainless steel case and vivid blue dial held the self-winding ultra-thin Calibre 2160 inside. Now the manufacturer unveils an 18k rose gold version and since going through a major uplift back in 2016, the Overseas now offers some really nice features like its interchangeable strap system and a slim 10.39mm-thick case. The new 18K rose gold Vacheron Constantin Overseas Tourbillon watch is a 42.5mm model with a translucent blue lacquered dial executed with a sunburst satin-finished surface, surrounded by a velvet-finished flange. This particular shade of blue was chosen as a flagship colour that recalled watch dials of the 1950s and 60s. The model, still dedicated to travellers, maintains its distinct aesthetic with an instantly recognisable six-sided bezel evoking the company's Maltese Cross symbol. The bevelled edges on the case and integrated bracelet remain faithful to the Overseas' sporty tempe
