Bell & Ross BR-X1 Skeleton Chronograph - Specs and Price - Monochrome-Watches
Bell & Ross fighting against Audemars-Piguet and Hublot? That’s exactly what Carlos Rosillo, one of the two founders of the brand, wants to achieve. While Bell & Ross was used to produce multiple editions of a same concept for years (countless versions of the BR-01), they are now coming with more complicated watches, with quite a strong design. After the B-Rocket presented in Baselworld 2014 (that we’ll review soon), the french brand introduces a limited edition with the ambition to fight in the heavyweight class, the?Bell & Ross BR-X1 Skeleton Chronograph. The Bell & Ross BR-X1 Skeleton Chronograph may represent the exact opposite of Hautlence with the Invictus Morphos in terms of marketing and strategy – remember that this timepiece will be Hautlence’s entry level – the technical specifications are however quite similar. Bell & Ross with its latest collection is raising standards to a complete other level. First, the design is stronger

IWC has been issuing special edition watches since 2006 to support Laureus Sport for Good, which has over 250 programmes in more than 50 countries. The history of the Seiko Tuna, the Deep Sea Fish - Monochrome-Watches
Few watches possess the aura and the character of the Seiko Tuna. Introduced in 1975 in a ?mechanical form, it was upgraded in 1978 with a quartz movement, after a Japanese saturation diver sent a letter of complaint. The Tuna, or Tuna-can as watch aficionados' call it, is a watch that carries no compromises. It's either love or hate. There are countless posts on Internet about it – and some where people seem to misunderstand its importance and to discard it as an ugly watch. Many however manage to explain its main purpose and its significance seem to become hooked. I belong to the second category and I decided to take my own Seiko Tuna with me, during my summer vacations, for an in-depth review - but that's going to be the second part of this article. First, we must look back in the past and have a closer look at the history of the Seiko Tuna Prospex (Professional specifications).Seiko produced its first diver’s watch in 1965 (62-MAS). They continued in 1967 with the ref.

Kering Group 2020 Half-Year Results In Line With Industry, Resilience Despite Crisis - Monochrome Watches
Following Swatch Group, Richemont and recently?LVMH, it is now time for Kering, a French group specialized in luxury (fashion, jewelery and watchmaking) and one of the leaders on the market, to announce its half-year results for the year 2020. As expected, the COVID-19 crisis shows its effects on sales and profitability, yet the group also demonstrates a certain resilience to the current situation, just like its main competitor, LVMH.Kering’s results have been calculated over the first six months of 2020, thus right in the middle of what’s known as one of the worse sanitary crisis of recent history. As such, it is no surprise to the sales down by 29.6%, from 7,638 million for the first six months of 2019 to now 5,378 million. Still, not only these numbers are in line with the rest of the industry but also show that luxury, whether fashion/accessories or hard luxury, is slightly less impacted than what the market was expecting and that major groups with diversified portfolio
