Luxury Watches |
This men's luxury watch belongs to the trademark collection, Radiomir launched by Panerai. It is named after the first watch that was created by the brand Panerai as a prototype in 1936 for divers that were in need of luminous watches. Throughout the years, the model stood through many changes, and today, it is better than ever. The watch has a black dial with luminous hour markers and a beige strap, giving it a very chic look despite its age.

Breguet Classique Complications 3797 Perpetual Calendar Tourbillon (Specs & Price)
A compendium of Abraham-Louis Breguet's ingenious inventions and style, the Classique Complications 3797 is a magnificent perpetual calendar tourbillon laden with nostalgia for the undisputed horological star of the 18th century. Released in 2014, the 3797 is Breguet in his purest, unadulterated form with all the unmistakable signs' of the creator and a couple of 21st-century tweaks that the maestro would surely relish. Although almost all the heavyweights of the watch scene have produced a perpetual calendar tourbillon combination - ALS Lange 1, IWC Portugieser,?Patek, Chopard et al. - none of them can match the historical clout and legitimacy of Breguet in this department. The 41mm case of the 3797, in?rose gold or platinum, is a time capsule transporting the wearer (or in this case, the admirer) on a historical journey back in time. The extraordinary talents of Abraham-Louis BreguetEvery detail of the 3797 shouts Breguet: from the engine-turned dial to the Breguet overcoil below deck
Industry News: Reshuffle at LVMH Watches, New CEO for Hublot and TAG Heuer
It wasn’t so long ago when LVMH, the French luxury powerhouse, announced shifts in top management positions. In January 2024, the group announced the creation of a new entity, LVMH Watches, as well as its CEO, Frederic Arnault, the son of the Group's owner Bernard Arnault and ex-CEO of TAG Heuer. As a consequence, Julien Tornare, ex-CEO of Zenith, became CEO of TAG Heuer, to be replaced by Benoit de Clerck. The status quo didn’t last long as yesterday LVMH announced new appointments within the division, following the decision of Ricardo Guadalupe, current CEO of Hublot, to step back from operational management. As such, Julien Tornare takes the lead of Hublot in the middle of a softening market for the watch industry.?Ricardo Guadalupe, the current CEO of Hublot, will become?Honorary President of HublotWith sales of watches currently declining, shifts in top managing positions are becoming the norm – see Louis Ferla appointed CEO of Cartier, replacing Cyrille Vigneron
Weekly Watch Photo - Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Perpetual - Monochrome Watches
Sunday, so time for Monochrome’s Weekly Watch Photo. Like last week (check here) it’s a cooperation with AskMen and this week I’m putting one of my dream watch in the spotlight. All photos are made by Tony from Halfpastthehour.?When I first discovered watches, and, in particular, mechanical watches, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Perpetual made a lasting impression. And I had no clue about its price or all its funky little sundials and hands. It was purely that massive wow factor that did the job. Ad - Scroll to continue with article Yes, there's a lot to see on the dial: small subdials and hands, and then there’s that little aperture with stars. This is, in fact, a?moon phase?indication, and, like the name suggests, it indicates the actual lunar phase. Although our calendar month isn’t always the exact same number of days, the moon do
Oris 110 Years Limited Edition - Hands-On Review with Live photos, specs and price - Monochrome-Watches
Oris is a brand that you might especially know?for their affordable but really qualitative sports watches, including a bunch of interesting dive watches, like the Oris Aquis Depth Gauge, and several Pilot Watches, like the?Oris Big Crown ProPilot Altimeter. However, Oris is not just about creating rugged tools. Last year?the brand celebrated its 110th anniversary with something highly noticeable, a dress watch with the brand’s first in-house movement – and not the worst of them so to speak. It’s called the Oris 110 Years Limited Edition and here is our thoughts after a few days on the wrist.StoryDesigning, developing and crafting?high quality watches is already quite something. Oris, for many years, was known for that. They’ve been building a strong collection of qualitative watches with outsourced base movements (mainly ETA). We’ve absolutely no hard feelings toward that, especially in the case of tool watches, where legibility, quality of the constructio
First Look: The Surprisingly Good Circula Facet
Circula might be a relatively new brand to some, as it was only revived in 2018. However, it was originally founded in 1955 by Heinz Huber, but what makes this different from most reboots is Cornelius Huber, the grandson of Heinz, who's behind the brand today. So, Circula is truly a family business and already has an extensive portfolio, but the new Facet, designed by Guy Bove, the former Creative Director of TAG Heuer, is its most mature piece to date. That certainly doesn't imply that prior models are in any way pedestrian as a bona fide super compressor diver sits in the mix of an impressive collection. Attention to detail, design sophistication and a new movement do elevate the Facet and show where Circula may be heading in the future. The stainless steel case is fairly compact at 38mm in diameter, fitting in with today's trend of smaller cases, and is primarily made up of angles/facets rather than curves. Starting with the brushed bezel, your eye is drawn to polished facets that cr
