Luxury Watches |
The Panerai PAM00619 is a formal-wear watch. It has a dark brown exquisite strap made from buffalo leather attached to a fixed titanium shade bezel. To go with this, a gorgeous dark brown dial is featured with Arabic and index markings of shiny black colors. With an automatic mechanical movement enabled by a Panerai Caliber P.4000 and 31 jewels, this watch is surely a must-own. Further, it is also resistant to water which means higher life expectancy!

The 2020 Santos de Cartier ADLC Black (Specs & Price)
Cartier enlarges its successful Santos collection with two time-and-date models clad in steel and black ADLC. The most contemporary proposal in this family of watches of late, the use of black ADLC and sleek matte finishes conspire to give the watch an emphatically masculine presence. Let’s have a closer look at these stealth Santos watches.Santos de CartierNot to be confused with the Santos-Dumont line-up of slimmer, flatter and more elegant models inspired by the historic 1904 original, the Santos de Cartier novelties belong to the refreshed 2018 family. You can read all about the new design tenets on the Santos introduced in 2018 in Brice's coverage here. Burlier, sportier and more contemporary, a watch that could almost be a member of the luxury sports watch category, the Santos de Cartier is composed of three-hand (Medium), time-and-date (Large) and chronograph models (XL) along with some skeletonised versions. The latest arrivals are available exclusively in the large case
Chopard L.U.C Chrono One Flyback Steel // Review, Price
A smaller case, a more contemporary design and a chronometer-certified manufacture movement inside; there's a lot to like about the new monochromatic Chopard L.U.C Chrono One Flyback. Not to mention the fact that this model is offered in steel – albeit in a limited edition of only 250 pieces. Given that previous iterations have only been available in precious metals - and larger cases - I wouldn't be surprised if this new flyback chronograph proves to be quite popular. We had the opportunity to get some wrist time with it recently. Here's what we thought.?The Chopard L.U.C Chrono One FlybackYou may or may not recall the previous iterations of the L.U.C Chrono One Flyback. Here's some basic background to provide a basis for comparison. As I mentioned before, those models were exclusively available in precious metals, such as rose or pink gold and offered more traditional styling. Think Roman numeral dials, two-tone colour schemes and 44mm cases. Very nice watches but a bit strong
In Review: The Porsche Design Monobloc Actuator 24H-Chronotimer - Monochrome Watches
Over the last few years, Porsche Design has come out with several interesting new models, like the stealth-looking Chronotimer Series 1 and the classically understated 1919 Globetimer. Both demonstrate Porsche Design's ongoing commitment to high-quality engineering, combined with pared back technical design. This trend continues in 2017, with the launch of the Monobloc Actuator 24H-Chronotimer, officially unveiled at Baselworld earlier this year. Join us as we review this remarkable new watch in-depth. ?When it comes to longevity in the luxury watch industry, innovation is the name of the game. It's not enough just to create nice looking watches, you must innovate to stay relevant, whether it be improvements to the internal mechanics, using new and exotic materials in the case and dial construction, or simply coming up with entirely new ways of doing things. Porsche Design has always understood this concept, which is why the company created the world's first ever titanium chronograph w
Hands-On - Seiko Prospex Samurai Collection for 2017 (SRPB49K1-SRPB51K1-SRPB53K1-SRPB55K1) - Specs & Price
Few brands can claim to have watches that are so iconic that they are actually known after monikers. and Omega are amongst them – think “Paul Newman”, “Bart Simpson” or “Deep Blue” – but Seiko is also on par in this “nickname game”. Many of their watches have been dubbed with funky sobriquets, as for instance the “Turtle” or the “62Mas”. Another one, more modern, is the “Samurai”, known to be a sporty watch with a high quality-to-value ratio. After a discreet comeback with the (sold-out) Lagoon Limited Edition, aficionados?will be pleased to see that the?Seiko Prospex Samurai is back in the 2017 collection, and now in non-limited editions. As a reminder, the Seiko Samurai (you can see an old example below) was launched in 2004 and was produced for a few years, until being removed from the catalogue. Already at that time, it was a rather large, sturdy, 200m water resistant and modernly-desig
