Weekly Watch Photo - A. Lange & Sohne 1815 Up/Down and Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar - Monochrome Watches
A. Lange & Sohne had an incredible strong year and introduced several extremely complicated timepieces, like the Grand Complication (that we showed you here) and the 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar. Besides these two complicated timepieces, they also introduced several less complicated pieces, like the 1815 Up/Down that will become a classic for this German brand. When you go through all Weekly Watch Photo posts of this year (click here) than you’ll see that the good folks of Lange understand the power of a good photo. So from time to time they set off with a few watches and a good photographer to some of the local highlights. Just a few weeks ago we showed you the 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual and the 1815 Up/Down photographed in the Horch museum (see here), today we’ll show a set of photos of the same watches, photographed in the Dresden Botanical Garden.
