Weekly Watch Photo - Glashutte Original PanoInverse XL - Monochrome Watches
This isn’t the first time that we feature some of Jocke’s photos in our Weekly Watch Photo. It was actually the legacy of his ‘wet Sea-Dweller’ photo?that inspired the Weekly Watch Photo.?Judging from the photos he shares, Jocke is a fan of German watch brands. Besides the A. Lange & Sohne 1815 that we already showed you here, he also owns a Dornbluth & Sohne (later more about this one) and several Glashutte Original timepieces, like the Panoinverse XL that we show you today. While most watches from A. Lange & Sohne and Glashutte Original are pure watch pornography on the wrist, they keep things courteous because the mind-blowing movements are movement down ‘on the wrist’. Not so the Panoinverse XL, that shows its beauty in all its naked glory. Ad - Scroll to continue with article GO’s Panoinverse XL caused q

Introducing The Chopard L.U.C Full Strike In Blue Sapphire
Six years ago, the Chopard L.U.C Full Strike was awarded the Aiguille d'Or prize at the GPHG, thus becoming the proud bearer of the best watch of the year title. Introduced in 2016, the Chopard L.U.C Full Strike was the first minute repeater produced by the manufacture, and it was a timepiece worthy of the highest praise, for it was a perfect blend of tradition and innovation, exhibiting exceptional construction, decoration, and a crystal-clear sound. Recently, L.U.C Full Strike became available in a new exclusive limited edition - in a blue sapphire case. The new Chopard L.U.C Full Strike Blue Sapphire is the evolution of the watch that the brand revealed last year, the L.U.C Full Strike Sapphire, with the 42.5 mm case, and crown with its integrated minute repeater pusher made of sapphire. Ulysse Nardin partners with The Ocean Race and creates a unique Diver
Ulysse Nardin’s history has forever been intertwined with aquatic life. From very early on, the young watchmaker who started the eponymous company dedicated his work to high-precision chronometry to be used in marine navigation. By 1870, Ulysse Nardin would have already supplied marine chronometers to over 50 of the most formidable navies around the world. With a reputation as profound as UN's, it's only natural to see the company still dedicating part of its operations to the nautical side of watchmaking. Through collections such as the Marine Torpilleur and Diver, the heritage is kept very much alive. Yet, as time progresses, so has Ulysse Nardin as it now embraces the preservation of ocean life with the use of innovative, recycled materials in the new Ulysse Nardin The Ocean Race Diver. The push for sustainability is very much getting up to steam within the watchmaking industry, and we applaud that very much. Through companies like Gyre, Alpina, Oris, Seiko and others, we see m
