A decent design from the Autavia collection of the renowned Tag Heuer, this model consists of a Smokey black dial, which is marked with polished hands and luminous hour markers. There is a separate date window at the 6'o clock position within the dial. Thus, you will always be on time. The dial is surrounded by a bi-directional rotating bezel that is printed with seconds. Plus, water can do no harm to this model as it has a waterproof feature that works well up to 100 meters.

Ulysse Nardin Diver 42mm, The Brand's new Entry-Level Watch (Live Pics, Specs & Pric)
Just a few weeks ago, on the occasion of the Monaco Yacht Show, Ulysse Nardin unveiled its?new Diver Chronometer, a streamlined and cleaner take on the emblematic model. This collection is now complemented with a smaller 42mm model (vs. 44mm for the Diver Chronometer). Most importantly, not only does the diameter change, but this watch will be the new entry-level piece of the brand. For those looking for a Ulysse Nardin watch, the new Diver can be yours for CHF 5,800. Let's take a closer look at the new Ulysse Nardin Diver 42mm.If the design inspiration remains the same, with a concave bezel and a domed sapphire crystal, the new Diver 42mm is not just smaller. This three-hander has a cool neo-vintage look. The uncluttered dial has a pleasant grained texture with a sand-blasted finish and retro-styled beige indications. It also includes a surprising line of text, which actually is the longitude and latitude of Le Locle, Switzerland, the hometown of the brand. As you would expect from a
IN DEPTH: The Omega Seamaster Yachting - A Luxurious & Rare Regatta Chronograph from the 1970s - Monochrome Watches
Behind its visual appeal, its design and all those little things that jump out from its specifications sheet perhaps a wristwatch's essence is that it is a highly personal item which also can be used to measure time. Timing events can be for something as simple as making al dente pasta, or more complicated like sport events, aerial manoeuvres, diving time, military actions (artillery arm was the first exponent of watches/chronos usage), the start up of jet engines and so forth. So from critical events to simpler tasks, the watch was and still is a fundamental companion. The chronograph we are going to have a look at today belongs to a family of very specific timepieces: watches that are designed specifically for Yachting races. Yacht timers - also referred to as regatta timers, or yachting chronographs, - are watches specially designed and made for the countdown to the start of a sailing race. The Omega Yachting (ref 176.010) was the company's proposal in a market being flooded with de
IWC Big Pilot Perpetual Calendar and Mark XVII - Limited Special Edition "Le Petit Prince" - Monochrome Watches
Watches and Wonders is more or less the Asian version of the SIHH (Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie, which takes place in Geneva every year). All exhibiting watch brands see this as an important fair, and they have been introducing new timepieces like it’s Christmas. IWC has just introduced two new pilot’s watches, both limited special editions to celebrate the 70th birthday of the book “The Little Prince”. Just look at the little prince on the moon phase indication of the Big Pilot Perpetual Calendar “Le Petit Prince”. This is so cool!I don’t know if you ever read the book Le Petit Prince, or translated The Little Prince – if you haven’t, please do yourself a favor and read it – but it was not only a great book to read, it was also food for thought. Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s book has become a classic and is read all over the world, in many languages. Antione de Saint-Exupery was not only a writer, but also a
Introducing: Roger Dubuis Excalibur Orbis in Machina Central Monotourbillon
Just unveiled at Watches & Wonders Geneva, the new Roger Dubuis Excalibur Orbis in Machina places the tourbillon at its core, evoking a design reminiscent of the 2022 Knights of the Round Table Monotourbillon DBEX1025. With knights in shining armour gone searching for a different place, this timepiece presents a fresh aesthetic, featuring contrasting concentric circles in pink gold and grey to mark the seconds, minutes, and hours. While less overtly futuristic than the brand’s renowned hyper-horology models, this watch blends modernity with traditional craftsmanship. It is a testament to Roger Dubuis’ exceptional watchmaking prowess, offering a remarkable yet not super-exaggerated addition to their collection. The imposing 45mm Excalibur case with a distinctive notched bezel and elaborate crown guards is crafted from rose gold; it is 14.41mm thick, has sapphire crystals front and back, and boasts a 100m water resistance. The multi-level, three-dimensional dial of Orbis i
Introducing: The new Matte Ceramic Rado True Square Skeleton Watches
Rado began experimenting with innovative materials in the early 1960s, resulting in the Diastar and its futuristic helmet-like case made from scratch-resistant carbide tungsten. Since 1986, Rado has employed high-tech ceramic in its creations, obtaining a broader palette of colours and finishes over the years. The True Square, a collection launched in 2020, perpetuates Rado's history of square-shaped watches. Interpreted in high-tech and plasma ceramic with skeletonised and Open Heart versions, the latest trilogy of True Square models adopts a new texture. Exchanging the shiny finish for matte, sandblasted surfaces, the True Square exudes a more rugged, pared-down vibe.Casting aside the hyper-shiny mirror-polished finish of earlier True Square Skeleton models, the three new models come in three different flavours: matte gunmetal plasma high-tech ceramic with a matching bracelet, matte black high-tech ceramic with a matching bracelet and a matte black high-tech ceramic case with a black
