This brand's new design has only hit the market in 2018. The sturdy looking dynamic timepiece has a color theme of grey, black, and army green. The dial, itself, has a grey base with matt finish; the outer part of the dial is black which houses the minute markers; whereas the strap is army green in color. The Arabic numerals work as markers. The dial also has a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass covering. The complicated looking backless dial has a total number of three hundred and thirty-one components and thirty-one jewels. The timepiece has a power reserve of fifty hours.

Hands-On The Nomos Club Sport neomatik 37 Petrol Green
Since the release of its first collection in 1992, Nomos has never ceased to please with its minimalist designs, nice movements (specifically since it moved to in-house in 2005) and a particular flair for fun and lightness. Fresh, young, very German and at the same time thinking outside the box, the brand has recently made a move towards sportier, bolder designs, moving away from its traditional Bauhaus codes. We’ve seen this with the Club or Ahoi collections, particularly the 42mm Club Sport neomatik date, standing out with its 300m water-resistance, striking dial and steel bracelet. But, in my books, it was (way) too large. Problem solved with the new Nomos Club Sport neomatik 37. And now that it has made it to my wrist, I’m wondering if this could be a perfect Explorer alternative.Looking at this new Club Sport 37mm, another watch immediately came to mind: the classic Explorer 36mm,? one of my all-time favourites. Putting the vintage models aside (mostly the reference
Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m GMT Goodplanet - REVIEW (Photos, Specs and Price) - Monochrome Watches
In 2005 Omega launched its Planet Ocean collection, a second collection of dive watches, positioned above the Seamaster Professional collection (the James Bond watch) and it has been a huge success since day one. The Seamaster Planet Ocean is available in two sizes, 42mm and 45.5mm, and in 2011 Omega introduced the Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph 9300, which we reviewed and photographed for you here. Two years later, in 2013, Omega introduced the long-expected Seamaster Planet Ocean GMT. We’re going to review the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m GMT Goodplanet for you today. The Seamaster Planet Ocean GMT, or short PO-GMT, is available in the known colour codes of the Planet Ocean, with a black dial and silver/white markers and hands. Only the tip of the GMT hand and the word GMT on the dial are in orange. There’s also a special model with a navy blue dial and bezel that is created as a tribute to the partnership between Omega and the GoodPlanet Foundation. And that̵
Introducing: The New Patek Philippe Calatrava 6196P
Since its introduction in 1932, many consider the Calatrava reference 96 as the paragon of an elegant dress watch. Although the collection has expanded in different directions, fans of the classical, timeless, time-only, ultra-slim, manual-winding dress watch will be pleased to learn about the latest Calatrava released during Watches & Wonders 2025. With its vintage-inspired rose-gilt opaline dial, luxurious platinum case and larger and more powerful 30-255 PS calibre, one feature gives the new Calatrava ref. 6196P a surprisingly contemporary air.A follow-up to the long discontinued reference 5196, the new 6196P shares the 96 in its name in honour of its famous ancestor. The 6196 comes in a slightly larger 38mm platinum case with a slender profile of 9.33mm and a diamond set into the caseband at 6 o'clock. What doesn’t change is the iconic 3-part case of the Calatrava, with flat-edge bezel. Polished with satin-brushed flanks, the smooth bezel is bevelled, and the slender lugs
Introducing: The Oris Aquis Date 41.5mm "Taste of Summer" Capsule
Summer is in the air, and the holiday season is just around the corner. As a brand that has never been shy of colour, Oris proposes two watermelon-coloured models for its versatile Aquis Date 41.5mm dive watch. Perfect for outdoor activities but smart enough to wear daily, the Aquis Date collection was recently refreshed. The design tweaks applied to the Aquis Date collection introduced at Watches & Wonders earlier this year result in a more refined profile and a more comfortable wearer experience. While blue, green and black dials have been the predominant colours of the brand's Aquis Date collection since its launch in 2011, Oris stretched the colour palette with an eye-popping cherry red version in 2021 along with a multi-coloured mottled upcycled plastic dial. A year later, the Aquis Date 36.5mm appeared with colourful mother-of-pearl dials in tandem with the Cotton Candy Divers Sixty-Five bronze trilogy with shocking pink, green and baby blue dials. Circula again relied on the help of the public when designing the Protrail
For those who have been keeping a close eye on MONOCHROME Watches, and Circula Watches in particular, it should come as no surprise that we like the strategy of employing the “power of the people”. And honestly, the resulting collections are often fine examples of well-built, honest watchmaking. When creating a new watch, Circula enlists the help of watch enthusiasts and collectors to determine the final design of new collections. A case in point is the all-new Circula ProTrail Automatic, the revived company’s first-ever field watch. Designed with input from the public, the new collection came to life through a multitude of options. Today we can show you one of the three models that will be available: the production-ready Circula ProTrail Automatic.Back in February, we informed you that Circula was working on a new field watch to be added to the brand’s portfolio of tool watches. Through a dedicated co-creation page, you could vote for things like the name of th
