Unlike previous models with a small seconds display, the CS (Central Seconds) identification introduces a sleek central seconds hand, featuring an arrow tip and a counterweight shaped like an eagle’s feather. The dial appears clean and luminous, and to preserve its crisp, glacial aesthetic, Chopard opted for baton indices only ¡ª except at 12 o’clock, where a Roman numeral marks the hour. White gold baton-style hour and minute hands are treated with Grade X1 Super-LumiNova, as are the hour markers, for optimal readability.Powering the timepiece is the Calibre 96.42-L, an ultra-thin, manually wound movement equipped with a platinum micro-rotor. Operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, it offers an impressive 65-hour power reserve courtesy of Chopard Twin Technology and its stacked double-barrel construction. The movement is both COSC-certified and bears the prestigious Poin?on de Geneve quality hallmark, which also extends to the case. Through the sapphire caseback, C?tes de Geneve finishing on the bridges and perlage on the mainplate are beautifully displayed.Completing the watch design is a platinum bracelet featuring satin-brushed links with polished central caps, secured by a triple-folding clasp with safety pushers in platinum and blades in ethical white gold.
