A. Lange & Sohne Zeitwerk 2022 Update (Specs & Price)
In 2009, A. Lange & Sohne presented a watch that was a true game changer for the brand. Visually audacious, mechanically fascinating, a complete break from the usual codes of the manufacture, the Zeitwerk became one of the most emblematic models of ALS and a sort of UFO on the high-end watch scene. Combining traditional codes of German watchmaking with an unprecedented way to indicate the time, the watch featured large jumping numerals for the hours and minutes as well as a constant-force escapement as a beat controller. Since then, several complications have been added to the Zeitwerk, such as a striking mechanism, a minute repeater, a decimal strike or a date. We had a teaser of what could have been the collection update last year with the Zeitwerk Honeygold Lumen, which now materialises?with a new A. Lange & Sohne Zeitwerk with much more power under the hood. Before reading this article, we invite you to watch the video posted above, where Anthony de Haas, Director of Product

IWC Introduces The Big Pilot G63 In Armor Hold and Ceramic Matrix Composite
IWC Schaffhausen has been partners with Mercedes and its AMG sub-brand for quite some time now, both through the road cars and its Formula 1 team, Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1. The two brands seem to complement each other in multiple ways, often taking style and innovation in new directions. IWC’s flagship model, the iconic Big Pilot is today’s topic of choice for a new set of watches inspired by the military-vehicle-turned-ultra-luxury-SUV by Mercedes, the G-Wagon. IWC has transferred elements of the top-of-the-range Mercedes-AMG G63 onto the new IWC Schaffhausen Big Pilot G63, which comes in two very distinct materials. The new G63 is first and foremost based on the legendary Big Pilot, which means a rather impressive case of 46.5mm in diameter and 14.6mm in height. Naturally, it has a soft-iron inner case to protect it from magnetic forces, as well as sapphire crystals secured against sudden drops in air pressure. What distinguishes the two from the regular Big Pilot collecti
Jenny Watches may be a Brand youve Never Heard of, but it's left a Significant Mark on Dive Watch History - Monochrome Watches
We've covered many Doxa SUB dive watches over the years, including the Limited Edition Doxa Mission 31 SUB Professional and Doxa SUB 300 Searambler Silver Lung' Reissue. Founded in 1889 in Le Locle, Switzerland by Georges Ducommun, Doxa has a storied history that started with an 8-day watch movement in 1908 for car and plane dashboards. However, it was the Doxa Sub, introduced in 1966, that led to the company's current reputation as a dive watch specialist. Doxa, however, has a sister brand, JENNY Watches (pronounced as yen-ny), that produced dive watches from day one. Let's take a closer look at Jenny Watches, the relatively unknown brand that beat all of the major players to 1,000 metres of depth over 50 years ago.Old vs. new – The modern Jenny Caribbean 300 and the vintage Jenny Caribbean 700.Established in 1963 as JENNY & Cie S.A. in Lengnau, Switzerland (by Paul G. Jenny, son of original company founder Gustav Jenny), it was the first brand to produce a 1,000-metre water
