For those wanting to rock the Navy line-aesthetic by Hamilton, there is the Khaki Navy Pioneer Auto H78205553 watch. This accessory gives a more feminine look due to being a bit smaller than the larger (more masculine) offerings in this line. This watch keeps the spirit of Hamilton's prestigious heritage of working with the U.S. Navy. The date is displayed at the 3 o'clock position. The hands look amazing against the beige dial. The gold-rose aesthetic will look wonderful with formal as well as casual outfits.

Once again, Frederique Constant sticks to its slogan of accessible luxury' and proves that acquiring a quality, manufacture watch with complications does not mean having to mortgage your house. As the culmination and showcase of all the technology FC has amassed over the years, the Perpetual Calendar Tourbillon is equipped with the new automatic FC-975 in-house movement. Presented in three different metals and with an openworked or closed dial, the one everybody will be zoning in on is the stainless steel contender with an unbeatable price tag of EUR 19,495.Price BustersPeter and Aletta Stas founded FC in 1988 and to date have 27 calibres under their

Interview - Davide Cerrato of Montblanc On The Brand and What's Coming Next
We're in Switzerland quite often – according to my wife, who keeps track, I've spent a quarter of last year in the land of watchmaking. Whether for the videos that we make, or events organised by watch brands, or manufacture visits, or the GPHG award night, it always means you're meeting a lot of people from the watch industry and the opportunity of running into friends. Recently I met with my good friend Davide Cerrato, Managing Director Of Montblanc Watch Division, and we talked about how things are at Montblanc, what's going to happen at Goodwood and more.Davide Cerrato, Managing Director Of Montblanc Watch DivisionHere's a recap of the talk we had, just outside the EPHJ, seated on a bench in the sun. The weather was great, birds were singing and it was nice to run into Davide and have the opportunity to get an update of how things have been going since we last saw one another in January at the SIHH (in this video interview).Frank Geelen (FG): In January, Montblanc presented i
Intoducing the Updated Sporty Jaquet Droz Grande Seconde SW (Specs & Price)
When you think Jaquet Droz, you usually have in mind the image of a sleek and elegant watch, characterized by the 8-shaped display of the dial. Most of their collections are on the dressy side, however, it is hard for a mainstream brand to ignore opportunities such as the sports-watch market. But… How to mix the refined and signature display of Jaquet Droz with a?sporty and bold attire? This is the hard task of the Grande Seconde SW collection, which has just been slightly redesigned, with new dials, two-tone versions and metal bracelet options. What we have in front of us is more of an evolution of the collection, to give it a bit of fresh air, rather than an entire facelift. The?Jaquet Droz Grande Seconde SW isn’t a new watch – as we reviewed it here – however for 2017, it will receive some slight visual updates. The?Grande Seconde SW is the bold and visually complex interpretation of the Jaquet Droz 8-figure concept. This collection strongly contrasts with the

A new CEO for Girard-Perregaux and JeanRichard was yet to be found. Today the Kering Group announced they acquired Ulysse Nardin. With this latest acquisition the Kering Group is expanding its role in the high-end watch industry. According to Fran?ois-Henri Pinault, Kering's Chairman and CEO, Ulysse Nardin is a highly profitable company with solid prospects for growth. Ulysse Nardin, known for the ground-breaking Freak and much, much more, is one of the few Swiss watchmakers to have its own production capacity for critical watch components, like the escapement. They recently developed their own escapement, the Ulysse Anchor Escapement. Later more about that, and of course now we’re curious to learn who will be at the helm.More info: www.k
