This Omega powered wristwatch has an especially dramatic and enduring design. This particular timepiece features a warm grey dial with silver rectangular bars as markers and a date window at 3 o' clock. The delicate dial is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The stainless steel case also offers matching bracelets, and a see-through sapphire crystal case back. Faint roman digits can be seen at the bridge of the outer dial.

Introducing The Turquoise Audemars Royal Oak 37mm 15550BA
Audemars Piguet was famous for its use of stones in the 1960s and the 1990s, with dials made from lapis lazuli, aventurine, garnet, mother-of-pearl, opal, ruby, amethyst and other stones. Turquoise is one of the oldest known stones, as Egyptian and Chinese civilizations used it over 3000 years ago. It here finds its place in the collection for its unique colour and spiritual qualities. The new Royal Oak Selfwinding 37mm 15550BA in 18k yellow gold with a dial cut from a turquoise stone is the first to offer this combination of materials and is another addition to the very few “no-tapisserie” Royal Oak watches. The versatile, mid-size 37mm versions of the Royal Oak collection were added to the series only in 2012 but were updated last year, in line with the design evolution of the brand from Le Brassus –?released to mark the 50th anniversary of its omni-important model, created by Gerald Genta in 1972. The new generation of 37mm Royal Oaks got a slimmer case, down from 9
The 2022 Audemars Piguet Ceramic Complication Watches
Audemars Piguet has long demonstrated its ability to break the rules of classic haute horlogerie, using traditional complications and high-end, hand-finished movements of the highest level and encasing them in bold, polarising watches with a genuine contemporary approach to design. Today, the Le Brassus-based manufacturer presents a new collection that pushes the concept even further, using coloured ceramics to create contrast and to emphasise their bold designs. From a full-blue ceramic RO Perpetual Calendar to a futuristic green-toned ROC and no fewer than three different highly complex Code 11.59 models, they all show impressive modernity and yet respect for the high-end watchmaking we’ve come to love.?The Full-Blue Ceramic Royal Oak Perpetual CalendarThe first in line in this new sub-collection of high-end ceramic watches is a bold one. A truly surprising and polarising watch with an unmistakable colour. Indeed, Audemars Piguet presents a new version of its Royal Oak Perpetua
Laurent Ferrier Sport Auto Luxury Sports Watch - Review, Price
For some years already, the market of luxury sports watches – understand watches with integrated bracelets combining robustness and mechanical refinement – has been stronger than ever before. We’ve seen new entries to the category, in pretty much all segments of the market, from accessible to ultra-high-end. Even?indie watchmakers are embarking on the concept. And with the two main icons (Nautilus and Royal Oak) being at turning points of their careers, the trend is not going to stop. Still, there’s room for more confidential watches, models with more soul and passion. And for that, we have the brand new Laurent Ferrier Sport Auto, a time-and-date automatic model based (but not entirely) on?the Grand Sport watch presented with a tourbillon a couple of years ago.?The Laurent Ferrier Sport Auto isn’t the first attempt of the brand to enter the highly-competitive market of the luxury sports watch. Two years ago already, LF presented a watch that showed most a
IN DEPTH: The Omega Flightmaster - The Special One - Monochrome Watches
The recent announcement of the revamped Speedmaster MkII from Omega seems to highlight a return to the company's glorious past- and rightly so, in my honest opinion, since Omega has a large number of design gems in its vaults. However, it was the introduction of the Z-33 spacemaster that made me want to dig some more and present to you the highly radical Flightmaster, a watch that, when it was introduced in 1969, was considered way ahead of its time. Maybe it still is….The 1960’s undoubtedly were hugely important for the Swiss watch industry; this was a memorable decade for chronographs and the other “tool” watches. The watch became the symbol of the adventurous human spirit, being worn by drivers and their crews when they went racing; by pilots as they broke speed and altitude records; by international travelers as they crossed the time zones of the world; by divers doing underwater exploration; by the adventurers as they climbed the tallest peaks. Especially i
The black & white Brellum Pandial LE.2DD Chronometer
Sebastian Muller, the fourth generation of a Swiss watchmaking family from the Jura, founded Brellum in 2016, a small independent brand with a production of around 299 pieces a year and a focus on affordable chronometer-certified chronographs. The Pandial, Brellum’s two-tone vintage-inspired chronograph fitted with a Valjoux 7750, returns in a classic black-and-white panda suit after its debut in a blue-and-white model earlier this year. A limited and numbered edition of 33 pieces, the Pandial LE.2DD Chronometer is delivered with a stainless steel bracelet and textile strap and retails for just over EUR 3,000.Racing-style chronographThe Pandial DD (day/date) LE.2 is packed with functions and features a racy external tachymeter scale, similar in style to the tachymeter that Omega released on board the Speedmaster in 1957. Other racing chronograph details include the piston-style pushers flanking the large knurled crown. The robust 100m water-resistant stainless steel case measures
